The check in staffs are are not friendly, no greeting, no ice bucket, you need to pay if you want ice to take it to your room. Also the room key does not work every day when we return to our room. And it’s very frustrated that we need to go back down and ask for another room key. The location is very inconvenient. You would require to get a Uber to get around. There is absolutely nothing around this hotel.

Everything was almost perfect except a sever in the restaurant. He was not friendly and didn't bring my drink. Had to ask another server who was very nice. I would however recommend to others and return

Excellent customer service, delicious buffet, hygiene at high level and very wonderful/ friendly staff. The only thing i didn't like was noisy of people talking and shouting in the hallway during nights. I spent 12 days with my family from🇨🇦. I hope to come back and highly recommend.

The hotel has spacious, newly remodeled rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Around you can find cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores (oxxo). It is easy to get around by public transportation or Uber. The room has an energy saving system (you must put in your room card for the power to work) which makes it impossible to leave your batteries charging or keep the air conditioning on, etc. which may make your room feel a little warm when you return in the evenings. Overall it is a good hotel near the Minerva roundabout

La relación precio calidad es buena… el cuarto era bastante amplio, las camas estaban cómodas y estaba bastante limpio. El único detalle es que una de las unidades del aire acondicionado no funcionaba y se puso bastante caliente el cuarto por la tarde… También el área está bastante accesible y conveniente pero no es una área bonita… En general, buen hotel, buen precio pero hay mejores opciones
