The hotel was in a very convenient area where you can walk around to do shopping, eating, and sightseeing. The area around is not the cleanest but unbearable where you won't feel comfortable to walk around. The hotel is in okay condition, cleanliness is good, and amenities are okay. The best thing about the hotel is its location.

Etuve hospedo por 2 noches y la ultima noche sali a fuera del hotel a despedir a mi amigo que se iria a su casa y tomaba uber cuando llego un sujeto y me estiro mi cadena por detras del cuello .me dejo toso arañado de la parte trasera del cuello.y se subio a una motocicleta .como es posible que no haya nadie de seguridasd del hotel en el loby por si pasa algun insidente .miy mala experincia.

The area seemed really safe and we noticed lots of LGBTQI couples around. Across the road is a great restuarant for breakfast & dinner called Chai! We loved it! Hotel lobby was very modern however a strong faeces/toilet smell. Unsure if this was from the hotel or outside but either way it was very off-putting! Rooms were very basic and felt slightly dirty however it did the job for a budget hotel! Shower head was awful and needs a change which was my biggest complaint. Overall, good budget friendly hotel in one of the better areas of Guadalajara but next time I will try somewhere else.

Majority of the Businesses close at a certain time. If you want to go buy or have a last minute things giu have to walk further down

In a great location in the heart of the city walking distance to a lot of great sites and staff friendly and helpful. Only problem was I had to reactivate my key card about every other day for some reason but the staff was always quick to reactivate.

The front desk staff was not helpful, the a/c was so dirty it failed to cool, and absolutely nothing more than the basics. However, the cleaning staff was excellent.

Worst hotel to stay my room was not ready at 9:30 door key didn’t work the room bathroom was clogged the water went all the way to the room I was walking in dirty water when I got out the shower.

I like being in that hotel, everything was very close and very comfortable, everything was very clean. Although it has some design details such as the bathroom door not opening completely and design details.

I have stayed at this property a few times, even when it was known by a different name. The location is very convenient to the sites and shopping in Centro, and what I like most is that they have courtyard facing rooms that eliminate the noise from the busy street it's located on. I would also recommend asking for a room farther from the elevator if noise is a concern. It's a good hotel for one or two nights, I don't think it has enough amenities for a longer stay.
