hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. the manager let me check in early due to a special event i was planning. breakfast was great.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had eggs, gravy, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, etc...a pretty nice selection.

I was not expecting daily maid service. But returning to the room after a difficult day, I was in town for a funeral memorial service, to find the bed turned back and waste baskets emptied, etc was a welcome treat. Thanks to all the staff for making this stay more comfortable than I had expected.

The hotel was nice, clean and convenient. There was a tornado warning while we were there, and the front desk clerk was on the phone checking with his manager when I came down see what our options were and he had the answer when I checked with him. The breakfast buffet had lots of options ; cereal, warm cinnamon rolls, eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, bagels, toast and a machine that spit out fresh pancakes when you pushed the button. Overall a nice stay.

Very large comfortable room. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold food.

Every time I have stayed at this hotel, management always checks to make sure the room satisfactory. The staff is always pleasant and respectful.

We recently stayed here while attending a church event in Columbus. Everything was great! No complaints about anything.
“Hotel Gem in Groveport, Ohio”
This Holiday Inn Express exceeded our expectations. It was clean and well maintained. But what made the stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We got to know the entire staff in just the 4 nights that we stayed. The full breakfast was also a nice treat. They offered a large selection of hot and cold breakfast items along with pancakes and cinnamin rolls. The price of the rooms were very reasonable for the amount of service offered. The folks at this hotel definitely believe in 'service first'. We plan to stay there again in early June when we come back to the Columbus, Ohio area to visit our new granddaughter.
“Great room, out of order hot tub :(”
Hot tub wasn't working, and pool closes at 11pm even though the workout room is open 24 hours in the same room.
