"My stay at Hotel Horizon by SkyCity was simply outstanding and possibly the best hotel service I have experienced in New Zealand in a very long time. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely positive. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warm attitude made the experience truly memorable. The facilities are excellent, the service throughout the hotel was brilliant, and every detail reflected a commitment to exceptional hospitality. A special mention must go to The Grill restaurant. The food was outstanding and easily among the best dining experiences I have enjoyed while staying at a hotel. The rooms were exceptional – without doubt some of the best I have stayed in.
