“''Great hotel in a great location''”
They said it was across the road from the International Terminal, it literally is .Fantastic, perfect for weary travellers. We were greated by friendly staff ,who processed our reservation quickly, and within minutes we were in our tenth floor room, overlooking the airport tarmac. Perfect for a bit of plane spotting. As the Hotel is only a few months old everything is just immaculate, beautiful furnishings and bedding, cool mood lighting, and with double glazing, the room is whisper quiet. The bathroom was awesome, double shower complete with typhoon shower head.The little extra's that you appreciate were there also, complimentary bathrobes and slippers, early morning wakeup call, 24 hour room service, flat screen tv, and a well stocked mini bar. All in all just a wonderful Hotel to stay in, a five star establishment at a four star price, a credit to to the management, thestaff, and the Accor Group. .
“Close to airport”
This is a very nice new hotel. The only fault we could find is that the bath is very high and difficult to climb into. Because of the glass shower screen, it is not possible to turn on the water before entering the bath (unless you are very tall).
“Excellent Location”
Positioned a quick walk across from the airport itself, just collect your bags and stroll across to the hotel. Tried the room service, food was good and priced reasonably (for room service), we booked room with buffet breakfast which was also good. Staff were very friendly, there was free access to internet via computers in the lobby. As it is a new hotel the rooms and facilities were great, Would def. recommend this hotel, although more expensive the convenience and standard is well worth it!
“Strange bathroom”
This hotel is extremely convenient for airline travellers as it is just across the road!! We stayed one night before picking up a car from the airport the next day. It is a beautiful hotel the only downfall is that dividing the bathroom from the bedroom is a frosted glass wall, so be warned if you are travelling with someone that you are not willing to bare all to then you should take shifts to have a bath or shower and one of you wait in the bar until the other one is finished - it was a very strange set up. Even though the glass is frosted with the light on you can still see everything in relief.
“Perfect for airport layover in Auckland”
If you need to overnight in Auckland, this hotel is perfect. Right across the road from the airport, really nice, affordable.
“convenient and modern hotel near auckland airport”
We picked his hotel because it is very close to auckland airport. Overall the rooms are nice and the food is good. The gym is also well equipped. Our only complaint is that our breakfast was included and we had to call room service to find this out as it was not mentioned when we checked in.

they were great....kirsten form the reception organized for me hotels in 2 other cities I was visiting and where I could not get hotels thru expedia as the rugby world cup had everythong booked they kept my luggage also some days excelent !!!
“Convenience and comfort!”
After traveling for over 48 hours, we walked across the street from the Auckland airport and into the Novatel in the middle of the night. A hotel this convenient might have taken advantage to charge exorbitant rates and provide poor service. However, they were gracious at the desk, and the room was beautiful. Clean, lovely, comfortable beds, very modern looking and felt very safe. A wonderful welcome to New Zealand! We stayed there again on our way out of the country as we had a super early flight, and again had the same wonderful experience.

Will be staying with you again, the location and the newness was right up my alley, Good to get out of bed in the morning and only have a short walk to the terminal.
“So Easy”
Such convienience to fall out of bed ,stroll acrossthe street & check in for our flight. Wonderful option particularly with kids in tow.
