“Not impressed considering its a new hotel”

1. Room was not ready for check in till 2.45pm 2. Inadequate draws in Deluxe room for clothing 3. Cleaning of room was not satisfactory - coffee and sugar satchels not replaced, cups left unclean, bathroom vanity and mirror not cleaned, bed badly remade
