Upon entering the room I noticed there were no pictures on the walls, just empty hooks. The air conditioner and phone were not working. I notified front desk and they sent someone to my room with a box fan. I was informed there was no maintenance personnel on duty. I asked to be moved to another room and was accommodated, however I woke up the next morning to find there was no hot water. It was many hours before the issue was resolved.

The rates were resonable. It is an older hotel but it's clean, everything in my room worked. Staff was helpful And courteous. Continental Breakfast was good staff was Courteous along with the Cascino and it's staff and the food was great. Had no problem getting a shuttle ride to airpot. I have no complaints. Will stay again this year and hopefully In my same room.

While the hotel could use an update it was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the better complimentary continental breakfasts we have had. Hot foods were hot and cold food cold!

Their spa and pool area was exceptional. It would be a great venue for a wedding reception. Rooms were comfortable. There was a restaurant, bar, and casino. Great food!
