"The hotel is right at the train station only about 150 meters. No noise from trains. Bathroom is weird with no privacy in shower due to full glass panel showing everything into room - needs a privacy blind. Not everyone wants to be watched in the shower. The toilet is so small you need to leave the door open for longer legs. Also there is quite a step up onto the bathroom so not good for anyone with mobility issues. No Hotells.com upgrade and I checked to see if available and was rooms...

"Room was extremely comfortable, though noise does carry. There was a lot of work happening around the hotel (city road works) which made navigating a path to/from the hotel safely a little more challenging than usual. One thing I would flag is that service was quite slow and I was surprised to have the hotel restaurant waiter explicitly invite a tip!"

"This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "

"Austria Trend Hotel Europa Graz is a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows. We were happy that each of us has two pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruits. Staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience."
