I didn’t like that I had someone’s socks from a previous stay in my room. It was in an obvious area so I’m surprised no one saw it. They had rules about quiet hours and yet people were in the halls at 12am yelling to one another in the hallway. Overall the stay wasn’t bad but it was just an overnight trip.

The hotel is in desperate need of updating. My room had roaches in it and the hallways smelled. You have to request for room service 24 hours in advance.

Room was not serviced our entire trip. When I asked about it, they told me I needed to let the front desk with 24 hours notice if I wanted service. I told them I was never informed of such and they just shrugged their shoulders. Then when I did ask for some coffee refills, they said they would bring them up. After two hours, I called again and was told they would not be bringing them up in an extremely rude manner. My friend had to leave this same hotel the night before because of the horrible uncleanliness of her room. Also lots of loitering outside the hotel and the elevator reeked of pot.

Wonderful overnight stay!
Artese was very kind and welcoming! The place is very clean and lobby is beautiful. Beds slept great and cappuccino machine was a great bonus. Reasonable price (used third party). Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Couldn't find my reservation through Expedia. I got double charged. I did get a refund, but is a hassle waiting for it to get back into account. Staff was awesome, but morning staff was loud and woke us up.

Had to be moved to another room because the water that came out the pipes for the jetted tub was brown. The hotel needs a major upgrade. If it wasn't for the hospitality of the front desk, I would have canceled my reservation.

From the moment of checking in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. This is the only hotel I will ever want to stay at, very convenient and comfortable. The staff is amazing

Well located for my needs. Property was very clean and high quality, good value for money. Oddly, and a minor point, the electrical outlets/switches are old school/outdated. Such a low cost item to change to a modern look. Just part of regular updating. Again, small detail but owners should consider this. Everything else, excellent!

Very Pleasant
The woman at the service desk was very nice. I explained about my service dog, and she was very accommodating for my dog. The room was very clean, and the stay was quiet. If I come to Goldsboro again, I will stay at your hotel.

The images attached speak for themselves. I'm unsure of the last time this room was properly dusted. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely sold out, but thankfully, the wonderful hotel staff provided me with what I needed to clean the room. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely wonderful!

My stay at Best Western Plus hotel
It was a nice stay. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Personnel was nice. I had one problem before checking out the cleaning people saw us leave with suitcases and assumed we were gone but we came back for more they throw away our water jug but we told the person at the front desk when we checked out. They gave us several bottles of water to compensate for the jug of water they took out of the room.
