Even though the building is starting to age our room was clean and tidy and had a magnificent view of the ocean. Staff were friendly. Parking space was tight but manageable. Only issue was our TV didn’t work when we arrived which was not able to be fixed until the next day. If we return to Surfers we would like to stay there again

Liked everything about the place, we were on 11th floor with amazing views of beach. Great location with restaurants, bars, shops and groceries near by. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Great value, excellent location.
Good value at short notice booking. Has underground parking, secure access, elevator, balcony with a view! Large bedroom and and living spaces - fully appointed kitchen. Short walk to Surfers Paradise center, Coles/Woolies, restaurants and bars. Beach was just across the road. Great value for a quick, or long getaway.

Spacious clean furniture comfy and clean fantastic views grest balcony only fault i left a couple of items in fridge by mistake and i did leave a couple of items on bench not washed and they charged me $78 for extra cleaning would have taken them 5ins im in the wrong job

A fantastic location, so central to everything and the beach literally across the road. The property is clean but aged. Other aspects outweigh this though, location, spectacular views and great facilities, including carpark. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a great stay and will return again. Highly recommend. Disappointing! Advertised wifi - non existing. Needed it for work. Front desk only open 9-5 Mon-Fri and 9-1 Sat. Bad luck if you needed something out of hours - LIKE WIFI! Our 2 apartments were very basic and very old. Really need to be updated asap. Location is excellent. Right across from the beach and a hop jump and skip to Cavill Ave, eateries aplenty and Woolworth supermarket close by too. Parking is free and very secure. Overall the stay of 6 days was ok except for the issues with wifi. Price very reasonable as you are paying for location.

Great location with amazing beach views from each window on our 12th floor. Apartment was clean, facilities and grounds were lovely. Daily visit from parrots were a welcomed surprise. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and tram. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment had a great location close to shops and beach. Sea view from balcony. Big rooms. Easy to get underground carpark. Beds were just ok, need a duvet rather than just a sheet and cheap blanket. Washing machine broke and flooded bathroom and bedroom. Left to clean up the flooding ourselves and machine was not fixed while we were there.

Great Accommodation-Top Spot!
The Surf Regency Apartments are perfectly positioned, two streets from Cavill avenue and right on the beach front. The morning views were beautiful, the room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the pool and spa. The carpark was easy to access and ensured we had an allocated space. Highly recommend. And all at a very reasonable rate!

I booked a one bedroom apartment and was very impressed by the property. They were very efficient in responding to my communication. We received a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view apartment 1303 which was amazing and greatly appreciated. Staff all friendly and great customer service. Beautiful pool but we didn’t use it. Would definitely stay again!

This property was beautifully furnished and spacious. We were on the 4th floor and view was slightly obstructed by trees but you could still see the ocean and hear the surf. Washing machine a little old but it worked. Frankly we were very happy with our stay

Great location and views from the 10th floor in the northern unit looking straight to the beach. Large living area. Good size kitchen. Easy parking underneath. Close to everything. Great to have a second bathroom and toilet in the laundry. Being an older unit the bed rooms were smallish with double beds. Fans in all areas and AC in the main living area. The main bedroom needs a queen size bed. Some the the kitchen equipment, like the fry pan needs replacing. Good 3 star property.
