I stayed at the Pelican Cove for two weeks with my husband and son. The apartment was well proportioned with two bedrooms two bathrooms and a full size kitchen and equipped with everything you need ; washing machine, hair dryer, pots and pans, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven and so on. The pool and outdoor fasciitis are great too, so theatrically it should have been a great place; However the maintenance is appalling, they do the bare minimum just so to make it look as if they are helping you; a shower screen door fell on my son when he tried to open it, then he was left wth the hot water knob in his hand, the hot water system was set to so high it could cause 3rd degree burns ( I almost burned myself washing dishes) and one of the beds was totally unusable as it had sagged in the centre. After notifying the staff someone came out to fix the shower screen but they didn't actually do anything, no one cared about the hot water temperature and they didn't manage to change the mattress during our 2 weeks there.
Really disappointed with the place. It could be really really good if only they weren't so stingy on their maintenance and replaced things which need to be replaced.
