Nice apartment, beautiful view and good space around the balcony too. Everything is great. Easy walk to the beach, the play ground for kids on the beach side under construction at the moment so our kids not happy with that, but later when it finish will be great for family with kids. Love the area Kirra beach.

Don't believe the picture on the listing that is the unit you are going to get. I booked the unit after looking at the listing on Expedia, featured a long balcony on the listing, with 3 bedroom apartment that was booked for 7 persons. A meals and dining room fit for maybe 4 people. Our balcony was a 4 x 4m, a box in-between 2 solid walls with one siding door from the lounge. There was a hole in the stainless sink, which I mentioned to the reception, they sent maintenance and he placed silicon on the hole to patch it. The apartment has several scuffs on the walls, the vanities are extremely low. No towels to use in the pool, but they offer towels to rent, a first after hundreds of different accommodations that we have used over the years, Good position but the need to be punctual to what you book and pay for is what you get. Question mark if I would stay there again

Room was small, view was not what was in my booking on Expedia, could hear guy in room next door vomiting all night. Paper thin walls. Then had weird reaction to something on morning of checkout. Felt light headed, nautious, shaky and not well. Left room and felt fine so believe it was something in the room. Definitely will not be going back again.

Stunning location and views
My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and will 100% be returning! The property is beautiful and in a stunning location across from the beach and restaurants. The only downside is there isn’t any housekeeping - a creature comfort we did without anyway :) Pool is nice and has a great entertainment area but unfortunately no alcohol can be consumed there. Upside to that is that it was lovely and quiet without any loud parties.

The staff were amazing and helpful from the moment we arrived. They upgraded us as there was something not right with our initial room and we were so thankful for our beautiful apartment. The pool was really lovely - the kids loved it. It never felt too busy. The location is excellent - across the road from a flagged beach and surf spot, surrounded by great cafes and dining options (Tupe Aloha has awesome mid-week specials and is TASTY) and only a walk around the headland to bigger Coolangatta for shopping needs. I am dreaming of our next trip to Kirra already.

Supposed to have a fully functional kitchen,no measuring or weighing means.No coffee machine of any sort ? Balcony furniture tired and old,furnishing dated.Stay elsewhere.

Lovely apartment, stunning views
Even better than I expected from the photos - enormous, sparkling clean apartment with amazing views up the coast. Great location too - good coffee downstairs and the beach right in front. Very friendly staff. We stayed in an upper level oceanfront room.

Firstly I’m spoilt as I live in a big beautiful home and when I got there I was put in an apartment that was very inadequate, I rang reception and they did move us to a nice ocean view room. They only have a pool, I was missing a spa as the weather was cool during the best part of our stay, there’s no sauna or games room! There isn’t a Coles or Woolies near by, but there were some lovely little restaurants underneath. Overall we did have a good time!

We have a beautiful heated swimming pool, gym and BBQ facilities for our guests to enjoy. Just around the corner in Coolangatta we have a Woolworths conveniently located which you can also do an online delivery to our building. We are very lucky to have some great restaurants at our fingertips. Thank you again for your feedback.

We had the best stay at Iconic. We stayed in an ocean view, high floor apartment and I couldn't fault the apartment or the property. The apartment was beautifully presented, clean and had everything we needed. And Kirra! Wow, one of the most beautiful parts of the coast. Not yet populated by the hoards of tourists, it still retains that classic local charm. Plenty of dining options and a short stroll to Coolangatta shops. Cannot wait to return.

It’s a beautiful property, modern and clean with free underground parking. I was initially disappointed that our ocean view room was not overlooking the ocean, however realised I had not read the room description properly. We were able to see a view of the ocean from our balcony on the side the building. Loved the stay

We love Kirra beach and the apartment we stayed in had a beautiful view of it. The ability to cater for ourselves with groceries and dining out options nearby is a bonus.
