Right close to the beach ,trams and dining restaurants. Everything was just perfect ,cleanliness wasn’t as up to the standard of the units beside that everything was just perfect.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was a perfect space for all of us. The apartment was and open space aircon and looked over the pool area. Short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Short walk to the beach. A great place for older teenagers to walk to beach,pool and shops together.

Great facilities, super close to broadbeach which had good restaurants and a supermarket. Hosts were lovely. Peaceful and accessible. Apartment suited our family needs well with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pool was warm and never too busy.

Very nice apartment and grounds. Swimming pool and spa in good clean condition. 2 bbqs to be used for guest in good condition and with utensils to use. Overall a very good stay and would book to stay here again.

Modern & spacious in the heart of Broadbeach
The apartment was modern, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. 2 minute walk to the many bars, cafes and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will definitely be staying again! Thank you.

A week at Capricornia
Capricornia was in a great location. We left our car in the secure car park and walked to beach, shops, restaurants, conference centre. The apartment was spacious and we could self cater. the kitchen was well supplied. The well kept spa and pool were also appreciated.

Clean, comfortable and central. The apartment we stayed in had views of the water and plenty of crockery and utensils. We only stayed for two nights so it didn’t affect us but once initial toilet roll, garbage bags, tea towels etc need replacing their is an additional charge which wouldn’t be ideal in a longer stay.

Spacious Apartment close to beaches and restaurant
The location was excellent. Walking distance to the beach shops and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious big enough for 5 adults to have each other’s personal space. Definitely recommend to families or groups of friends. One downside is that some of the beds have gone past their use by dates.

Great unit for a Family holiday. Great facilities and close to everything you need (Supermarket is walking distance, car parking - we hired a van). Easy access to beach, theme parks and airport.

Great location, apartment in need of some tlc
Apartment is in the perfect location, beach & shops/restaurants within walking distance. Stunning views from all rooms and 2 great balconies. The apartment had a great layout but was dated and in need of some maintenance, kitchen had a couple of cockroaches.

Very old and it is a disappointment
I don't recommend this place if you expect a nice holiday in GC. 1) The 3rd bedroom is not proper bedroom, it seems like a small study room with 2 single beds without a proper door. 2) Both bathrooms are old and the second bathroom has no ventilation system. 3) No ocean view 4) The room is old and the facilities are old

Room was nothing that was advertised, if we saw the room as it was then we wouldn't have booked it. Very outdated, 70s//80s styling, A/C didn't work until we complained then was noisy at rattled when running. Shower door seemed ready to fall off and towel rails kept coming apart. Apartment was for 6 but hot water system only 100 litre unit so we kept running out of hot water. Windows were starting to corrode and one seemed loose, a real worry being we were on the 11th floor. Even the balcony railing was showing fatigue and was flexing. Kitchen cupboards were misaligned with mix and match plates cups and again quite old. When we raised our disappointment with the manager, he said: It is what it is, and was offended when we said it was a little dirty and grungy, he even told us that toilet paper was our responsibility (ran out the first night), he did supply more when I argued the point! Luckily for us we were out every day and didn't need to spend too much time there. Would be OK if advertised correctly and price matched the ageing facilities.
