Jago Gili Air is convenient and a great place to stay close to the harbour. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are the friendliest bunch we met during our 2 week stay (we stayed in 4 different hotels). The rooms are nice and cosy with big bathrooms. The pool is handy whenever we got too hot! You can rent bikes for about 50k/day which was great and also you can arrange snorkel trips with them. It was a great snorkel trip where we saw 4 different areas around the Gili Islands and even saw turtles 3 times.

This is probably one of the best places to stay on the island. It’s really clean and modern with fresh water for the shower (I learned from others on the island that their hotels showers had salt water). The staff is very friendly and attentive. The pool is absolutely lovely…and they play the best music. They offer free filter water and good smoothies at a cost. You can also rent a bike from Jago, as it is the only way to get around the island besides walking. Enjoy your stay!

A wonderful choice of accommodation that delivers the essentials well. The rooms are comfortable, the vibe of the hotel is laid back, the pool is clean and the breakfast options are delicious! Above all else, the owner and staff all go out of their way to ensure that you have the best possible stay. Winston, Cathy and crew (and Fluffy too), thank you!! We booked a snorkelling excursion through the accommodation, and it did not disappoint. Winston arranged everything for us at short notice and the experience was worth every cent. They also have bikes for hire, and a selection of board games in the common area that are sure to keep everyone entertained! The location is also convenient to the Gili Air Wharf, being a short walk up the main street to the property and is among many restaurant options. One thing to note is that there is a mosque nearby and the call to prayer can be loud. This is no fault of the property and nor should it put you off from staying here. If you're a light sleeper, the property even offer complimentary ear plugs if required. I would highly recommend Jago Gili Air - not only is it a comfortable stay, but the staff really make it a point of difference in making you feel very welcome.

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay. Clean, super friendly staff. A/C was great. Pool was nice! Location was good. They only serve breakfast at the moment, but several cafes and restaurants around (I can recommend Optimiz Prime, a local gem not too far from there with local food - delicious!). Another plug, go to Mama Pizza to watch the sunset!

Great central location along the Main Street on Gili Air. It can get a little noisy with the horse carts going past if you have a room closer to the street. Staff are very friendly and happily arranged a snorkelling tour for us, at a cheaper rate than advertised by all street vendors, which was excellent. No frills, but clean, modern and in a great location. Note that the Wi-Fi service in the rooms was often poor, and TV channels had no reception.

Great place & value. Highly recommend.
I've spent 3 weeks in Bali and this was the third, of six, properties I stayed at and by far was the best value. While the room is minimal, its comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The property is small, which is a bonus, and all rooms are along either side of the great pool. Very relaxing and is conveniently located to walk anywhere on the island. Its a short walk to where you arrive/depart the island, which is a nice bonus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Jago Gili Air was a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located a short walk straight up for the dock so no long walk or horse & cart needed to drop off luggage. The pool was great to lounge around. The room and little front porch was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. It is close to the central mosque though so you will hear the call to prayer, quite loudly, 5 times a day starting somewhere around 5:30am.

Friendly modern establishment close to harbour & all facilities.Our 4 day stay was comfortable & enjoyable thanks to Finn & the staff . The breakfast were so delicious. LOVED our stay at Jago! Can't say enough good things about the place. Super clean, great pool, upscale decor and amenities. The A/C and wifi work perfectly. Only a few short steps from the harbor so you wont have to walk far with your luggage. Winston and the whole staff were incredible. Very friendly and attentive. We were given dinner recommendations which exceeded expectations, coupons for discounted yoga classes at nearby studios, and lots of local knowledge of the island. They have bikes to rent which is all you need to get around. The breakfast is extensive and very tasty. Would recommend to anyone and would absolutely stay again!

The rooms are comfortable with everything you need—if you need anything the owner and staff are supper quick and happy to help. Winston even gave us the number of a driver on Lombok. The pool was great after dusty cycling. The only downside was the 4am call to prayer, take advantage of the free earplugs.

The place to stay on Gili air !
Amazing place to stay, we loved our time here. The owner of the Hotel is so kind and caring for us during our stay. My husband and I both got food poisoning when we ate at another restaurant and he went above and beyond to help us to feel better, even going out to get us medication. If this hotel is available then STAY here, you won't regret it ! Fantastic location, fantastic pool, fantastic host !!!

Jago was superb. It was modern, clean, and had a lovely pool and surrounding area. A few mins from the beach walking, or rent a bike directly from jago. Downside, you can hear loud local announcements nearby.

This place is brand new. The owner, Winston, is awesome! We loved the pool and the landscaping. The rooms are perfect, and the location is great! Central to the beaches, restaurants, and shops! Love Jago!

We spend 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It's a brand new boutique hotel in center of Gili Air. It's about 10-15 min. walk from port area where a staff member came to meet us to help my wife carry her bag. The interior and exterior of the room is modern, with a spacious bathroom and porch. We like that the hotel provides free cold or hot drinking water on request. Breakfast is minimal focusing on western style only and doesn't offer allot of variety however they were happy to cook 'nasi goreng' (fried rice) for my wife per request. The owner and staff are very friendly and always available from morning to the evening for any inquiries. They also offer bicycle rental to guests but we found that the bike seats are really uncomfortable for a long ride exploring the island where you still have to walk half of the time as some of the roads are sand roads especially the one along the coast. I'd recommend this boutique hotel for couples who are looking to spend some nights in Gili Air.

We had a nice stay at Jago. But if you are a light sleeper the mosque will wake you up. We used the earplugs provided by the hotel and one out of three nights it didn’t help. But we knew this and wasn’t a big issue for us. Not even sure if you can choose a hotel were you don’t hear it. Nice breakfast options. We tried the massage which could need some improvement. Seams like they just need a bit more training, and the spa room itself is very nice. Location is nice very near the Harbour and many restaurants. Easy to walk both to good snorkeling spots and beach to relax at. The rooms are not very big but you will have enough space. The bed was a bit hard for my taste but my partner thought it was good. We are very happy with our choice to stay at Jago!

Tres bel établissement, pas tres loin du debarcadere et idealement situepour rayonner dans l'île. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et disposent de tout le confort necessaire. Petit établissement a taille humaine. Les propriétaires sont tres sympas. Toujours a l'ecoute et près a vous donner tous les conseils pour que votre sejour se deroule dans les meilleures conditions. Jago Gili Air est un petit paradis... Tout est parfait! L’accueil, la disponibilité, la générosité et la gentillesse de Winston et Kathy, les propriétaires. Le déjeuner est très bon. La propreté des lieux est impeccable. La piscine et l’ambiance musical sont un gros plus. Les chambres sont magnifiques, le lit tellement confortable et la salle de bain spacieuse, lumineuse et une douche avec un super débit et de l’eau bien chaude. C’est certain que lorsque je reviendrai à Gili Air...c’est à Jago que je vais retourner. On ne voudrait plus y partir! Merci Winston et Kathy! Vous êtes merveilleux!

O melhor sitio para ficar
Passamos 3 dias neste hotel e ADOREI ! É novo, decoração simple, mas com muito bom gosto. A piscina maravilhosa e as areas comuns muito agradáveis. Não posso deixar de falar dos anfitriões Winston e Kati com são pessoas espectaculares que nos fizeram sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento e que nos aconselharam e ajudaram a tonar estes dias nesta ilha inesquecíveis . Voltarei.
