"When we were first given a room, we discovered it wasn’t cleaned yet. So we returned to the front desk and were given a new room (booked a private twin bed x2). "Big, clean, comfortable room, with double bed but two single duvets. Good sized wet room with non-slip showerfloor (but no plug of any sort for basin). "The hostel is located very conveniently near the main train station. We had a quadruple private room, which had 2 bunk beds and a small bathroom. The shower was tiny and the room was small. The beds were surprisingly comfortable with all bedding included. It was fine for 1 night as we were passing through Hamburg, but I would not recommend it for a family for longer than that.
