Incredible customer service, with amazing food in the restaurants and a really nice swimming pool area. Also the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt like a new person afterwards! Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, makes this a convenient place to stay , but also feel nicely away from the city. There is a train station opposite with very cheap tickets to travel around (compared to UK prices), much cheaper than getting a taxi. Only downside is most of the hotel has really nice smells, however around reception it can smell quite strongly of cigarettes , as there is a smoking room nearby.

Fantastic resort close to Geneva. In line with the "La Reserve" luxury hotels. Everything is about subtile luxury, in the details. The spa itself is with the trip.

A beautiful hotel, just the perfect place to be on hot summer days as the pools are amazing. So many free activities offered to guests. The food was delicious. And the service top. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel outside the city centre
I really enjoyed staying at La reserve. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. it is very child friendly and has a beautiful playground with plenty to do for the little ones. Also loved the complementary boat service that takes you back and forth into and out of the town centre. In all I had a great stay and would only recommend it.

Best hotel in Geneva
I stay at LaReserve a lot, and it's the best hotel in Geneva. Fantastic pool, great spa, lovely location (as long as you don't want to leave the compound). Free boat to the town is great too.

It does not get better
It’s an amazing hotel. Deceptive in its perfection. The closer you look the more details you see. Proper service and quality staff from the Manageress to the Conceirge. It’s old school quality in modern day times.

Luxury foiled by missing attention to detail.
Three nights of luxury at La Reserve started off with our arrival into a gridlocked car park due to two private functions. Staff were paralysed and extremely apologetic but unable to assist in the short term. The room was fabulous and we enjoyed entertainment in the lounge each evening after dining out to eat with friends. Partner reported a top notch gym. We baulked at paying 12 euro for cornflakes: just because your clients have money please don't assume they want to throw it away. Breakfast menu didn't really cater appropriately for gluten free or vegan requirements which all top class establishments should do these days.

Good place for pampering!
This is a spa hotel, so whether you want a deep-tissue massage, attention from a personal trainer, or other health and beauty services, this is the place. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Do be aware that, while travel sites can give you good deals on the room rates, the hotel charges for everything from mini-bar snacks to a simple beer or glass of wine are VERY high. Geneva in general is expensive, but the hotel charges two to three times prices you will find for similar items elsewhere in the area. A cup of coffee at the hotel costs 9 Swiss francs, for example; in town it's easy to find one for 3.60. So plan accordingly. Housekeeping was a bit spotty; I had to remind them about some ordinary items like replacing toilet paper more than once. But overall this is a beautiful property, it's convenient for other activities, and you will be well looked after.
