When we arrived, we were very disappointed to learn that the room we got what not the upgraded room I had paid for from the booking agency. It was a Mother’s Day trip for my mom and the hotel was full so we were stuck with it for three nights. The pull out sofa bed was horrible for my son and there were stains on it as well as the curtains in that room. On nights 4 & 5, we were able to be moved into the suite I had reserved. Each company blamed the other so zero compensation. Otherwise, the property was beautiful and the staff were all very friendly.
