“very good”
very good
“Would love to go back.”
Very good overall,good rooms,service, and environment.The food was OK, and drinks and snacks were fine. The best thing for me was that there was a proper and respected queuing system at the bars. The pools and surroundings were excellent, and the location to the beach and town was perfect.

was really nice, for a cheap all-inclusive place anyway. Im looking into going to their other branches in different countries next time im away.
“A few key things!”
We went all-inclusive and I would recommend this as there is not much around the hotel. The beach was lovely, the hotel was clean, the food was great and the drinks were strong. Entertainment was a little hit and miss and the dancers left a little to be desired! Overall though we had a great time - just be aware that the wind on the beach is strong!

Hotel is very well situated at a short distance from the beach. Swimming-pool is a delight.
“Good hotel with excellent service”
The Barcelo Jandia Playa is a good quality 4 star hotel at the northern end of the Jandia promenade . It is built up the slope of a steep hill so may be an issue for people with limited mobility. It should however be noted that it does cater for wheelchairs and I did spot a few people in wheelchairs whilst I was there who seemed to be getting about without issue. I found service to be good with all staff being friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept clean in both rooms and public areas. My room was a good size, well equiped and clean. I found the standard all inclusive food to be good quality with a varied choice. The standard all-inclusive bar service is quite limited but despite the limitations I found the quality to be good and I didn’t miss the premium” brands. There are a number of separate swimming pools, one busy with regular entertainment/games and a pool bar, one much quieter that seems to attract adults looking for peace and quiet, a family pool at the back of the hotel and a separate pool for younger children. Thus you can find the atmosphere you want without the usual hustle and bustle associated with big pools in large hotels.
“Excellent all inclusive”
This hotel was brilliant for an all inclusive deal. Could not fault the food or the drinks & we as a family are quite fussy. The only criticism would be not knowing what is vegetarian as the food is not labelled and some items such as vegetable soup had meat in. We also thought the pool was acclimatised but was not so didn,t get to use it..
“Enjoyable family hotel”
Well kept hotel, room comfort adequate, only disappointment - entertainment facilities, boring room, lack of decor etc.
“Have been before and will return again.”
This was our second visit to this hotel, very comfortable accommodation with friendly and helpful staff. We will certainly return.
