"Karen's house was wonderful. This was the perfect house to enjoy the Outer Banks. To start, Karen is very responsive to email. She answered my emails within about 30 min and was accommodating. "Travis the owner is AMAZING. Having him as our neighbor could not have been any better. This review however is for vacasa... The pictures were incorrect i have screen shots of them and the emails i got. The listing said outdoor recreation and stated i would receive a separate email to get discount rentals. WRONG!! After several calls and emails they claim they do not do this. Again i have screen shots of everything. Then to beat all they changed the pictures after i questioned about the kayaks...
