The property was not in a good condition. The people hanging around made me feel unsafe. There were some stains on the bedsheets and hairs on the towels. The room smelled of weed. The positives were the fridge, microwave, and the big flatscreen TV.

Good parking and nice big grass area for dogs. Room recently updated and pretty clean no bugs. Unfortunately people wandering around smoking drugs, problems with many of the TV channels saying no signal most of the time. No ice machine no easily accessible necessary items like paper towels or tissues etc.

People loitering throughout the property. Guests living in rooms were having people in and out in the hour that I was there. I ended up leaving early, as it was not somewhere that I wanted to spend time he night at. The room itself was extremely Filthy. The bathroom door was literally broken, probably made out of cardboard.

There was no remote I upgraded n was charged for microwave and fridge there was no microwave there was no phone in the room and the window was nailed shut so i couldnt ventilate or get fresh air without the door open also no ash tray

Motel Hell
Motel 6 blackstone and ashlan is the nastiest, unkept place I’ve ever seen!! It was so bad I went and checked the room. Glad I did!! No lights and the shower was on and it looked like a body was just removed in my opinion!! So then the clerk showed me another room and it was just as awful. Oh and I forgot to mention the police were there on a call!! Don’t go there, and any internet connection for hotels should be ashamed for even advertising this monstrosity!!

My TV in my room didn’t work and when I called the first desk she told me that I was in the maintenance room and she couldn’t do anything about it. I asked for a different room and she told me she didn’t have any. I will never stay here again

Careful here
Be careful of this hotel. It is in a difficult area of town which I did not realize. When I checked there were people screaming at each other in the parking lot and just hanging around the stairwells. The television in the room had been punched and cigarette burn marks were on every surface and wall in the bathrrom. The stench of old cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I did not stay.

DO BETTER Motel 6 North Fresno
TERRIBLE. Sweet kid at front desk checked me in. The room i booked was unavailable because they were still cleaning it. I offered to come back to give them more time. When i came back, i settled in. Entry door broken, lock inside didnt completely lock, toilet was leaking and flooded bathroom. She moved me to another room. A smoking room, she said it didnt have a bathroom door and no TV. After moving because there was nothing else available, there was a bathrrom door, but it had been kicked in and broken. But there was no toilet seat. The area had men and women soliciting sex on site. People knocking on the window "looking for someone else". It was very creepy, poorly taken care of and over-all very uncomfortable.

Very bad. Not worth the price
The room was dirty. The tv didnt work because it had the screen punch in. The beds had dirty sheets and the bed mattress were so old that the had body indents. The desk had crumbs. One pillow on each bed and no towels. We walked in the room and walked right out. People were outside smoking weed. It was not a place for me to have my kids

This was the most disgusting Motel 6 EVER!!! I usually like Motel 6 because they're affordable, clean, and safe. This place was none of those. It appears homeless people live there for a limited time if 2 weeks, leave, then come back. Drugs and alcohol everywhere. The non-smoking room was definitly smoked in. The room was dirty. I may have gotten bed bugs. Garbage all around the property. People hanging out all around the property drinking and doing drugs. HORRIBLE!! DO NOT STAY THERE.
