The suites at this Comfort Inn are roomy with a full family style room in the front and the bedroom separated by a hall in the back. This is ideal if you have kids who need to go to bed early and you want to stay up. The hotel is doing some renovations and one elevator was closed. Depending on the clientele and their pool use the main area of the hotel and the noise can drift into every room. They were good about closing the pool promptly at 9pm but until then it was very loud. The staff were great about trying to be as flexible as possible.

The unit we stayed in was a suite and and was quite large that made our stay there more comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and updated. We would definately stay there again

Nice overall. Sofa bed quality was worst we have experienced. Pillows clumpy and have no support. Breakfast needs more healthy options. Were locked out when we left room early to get breakfast. Both cards deactivated 3 hours before check-out which was inconvenient. Only left 4 wash cloths and towels when we had a family of 6. I think improvements could be made. Overall ok.

Locked out of our room for 30 minutes, clerk kept giving us keys that didn’t work . Hotel attendant told us my kids need to keep noise at a minimum when using the pool because he didn’t want complaints while people are trying to check in. Questioned my age on taking my kids to the pool but allowed a man to drink alcohol at the pool when it clearly stated it wasn’t allowed. Woke up stuffy and coughing to see black gunk or mold caked at the top and bottom of the window. Elevators smelled liked weed . Other people said the had problems with their room cleanlinesss

Main lobby and pool were a plus. The carpets and furniture need a deep clean. The room's AC wasn't working despite the front desk trying to problem solve. The room was so humid we had condensation on the windows, and none of the windows opened. So we essentially had no ventilation. The vents to the air unit looked filthy. This place needs a deep clean!

Hotel is a bit dated an run down, it could use a little TLC. My stay was for two nights. My first night I was given a room with non-functional smoke detectors. I checked the detectors, they would not alert with the test button. I removed them from the bracket to check the batteries and found that they had been unplugged from the wiring system and both batteries were dead (Major RED Flag). I asked to be moved to a room with working detectors, no problem, I was moved. Upon inspection of the detectors (2) in this room, one worked and shockling the other had been unplugged and the battery backup was dead. I accepted this and stayed in this room. The second night I had trouble with the toilet, slow to flush at first then it just clogged. I dealt with it until the next morning when I could check out. Showering was no joy either, the shower curtain rod was loosely clinging to the wall, the curtain would not stay closed and kept sliding to the middle of the rod allowing water to soak the floor. Rooms need a major cleaning and some updated furniture. The mattresses were stained from god only knows what, and torn in areas around the seams, who knows how old they are. I will book elsewhere for my next trip.

It was horrible I want my money back or something… The room was freezing and the heat wouldn’t work properly…the lobby and elevator smells like a drunk person was in there.. you gotta go all the way to the 4th floor just for ice .. the breakfast staff had a smart mouth… could barely get in my room cause staff and travelers stayed in the walk ways blocking them off with carts
