If you're looking for a roach infested room, this is definitely the place. It wreaks of stale cigarettes, cheap perfume and broken dreams. The tv didn't work, the phone didn't work and when I went to find the clerk, she was MIA (multiple times). We ended up leaving and going down the road to another hotel.

This is my 1st choice when i visit Fredericksburg. Staff is very Hospitable and friendly. Ivo was especially kind. It doesn't get better than this. Very clean.

The floor was filthy, there was no refrigerator, no toiletries, and let’s not forget our amazing roommates…COCKROACHES!!!! Disgusting! Only thing nice was the lady at the front desk! Will never be back!!

The room wasn’t available for check in at 4:20pm where we were told they needed another 30 minutes. An hour later upon entry the room smelled of a cleaning agent so strong we needed more time out of it or air it out. No one outside the office staff speaks English. No breakfast as stated in their page of advertisement.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Could not get TV reception as someone had messed with the input. Coffee maker missing its slide-in tray so could not use. Overall a good place to stay for the price and convenience.

Room fine. Exterior dated and could be cleaner. Lots of hotels in the area so a wide variety of people. Parking lot noise comes in more than from adjoining rooms.

Find somewhere else
Room wreaked of cigarette smoke, there were burn holes in the beds and the walls are paper thin. Heard every single word our neighbors said all night long, and got to deal with the smell of weed as they stood outside smoking and being loud until 4am. Worst night sleep we’ve gotten at a hotel, and if we hadn’t drove 12+ hours with an exhausted toddler we would’ve found somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend, especially with small children.

YOU GET A DECENT NIGHTS SLEEP FOR THE PRICE
People knock this place but I myself did NOT get a bad room at all. Did the walls need paint??? I guess, but the bathroom was decent, The tub seal for a bath actually worked as did the fridge. Check in was decent & cordial, and nobody bothers you here, I wasn't bothered. Is it the Holiday Inn or the Hilton??? NOPE. But can you get a decent nights sleep here & a pleasant chat with the night manager?? I sure did. For the PRICE YES U GET A DECENT Nights sleep. That's what I got for the price & I found myself satisfied with the room in that regard

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at. Holes in the walls, stained towels (with holes), TV remote held together with duct tape, dirty, stained furniture, fingernail polish spilled on the safe, coffee maker incomplete, electrical outlet looked unsafe. Shoud be condemed.

My family and I didn’t/couldn’t even stay in the room…it was disgusting. I paid for a non-smoking room and it was covered in the smell of smoke as soon as you enter the room. The look on the door was broken, giant hole In the bathroom ceiling, cigarette burns on the sheets and comforters and black spots on the sheets…we walked in and stayed all of 5 minutes before leaving…highly disappointed

Very disappointing. At checkin, the employee was more concerned with getting back to her dinner than clearly explaining the policy. Room was dirty and I killed 2 roaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Was not able to sleep after that.
