The property is clean, quiet with updated facilities, it provides breakfast with a fee and a shuttle service to airport. The bus was every half hour from airport.

Ok place to stay for a night close to the airport. Had some drunken/noisy guests on my floor at 2am in the morning Parking is a big problem, however, since construction crews regularly occupy all parking lots around the hotel.

Professional as usual. Clean and cozy. All you need for your stop before flying. Can’t beat the price. Shuttle service is great. Second stay with them and I will always stay there when waiting for a flight in Frankfurt.

It would be good if they had a soap dish, towel racks, a shelf in the shower for personal items, washcloths & a toilet paper holder. Pictures on the wall would be good too. The room was confusing to get to; apparently it used to be conference rooms that were converted to hotel rooms. Avoid using Google Maps, it took us to the wrong place (Apple Maps got us there). Otherwise it was clean & suited our purpose. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

The hotel is about 15 mins from the airport by taxi. It feels small and homey, and was very clean. Staff were friendly and kind. I and my fiancé appreciated how accessible local shops and restaurants were… as he said, “now we can really say we’ve been to Germany, not just the touristy areas.” Great stay overall — would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was no dining room facility. It was a long way from the airport and yet advertised as an airport hotel.

Good value for solo traveler
Although my room was pretty small, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Parking around the hotel filled up quickly, and the spots in their garage were so tight that I feared my rental car would get damaged in there. I decided to drive around the block and found ample of legal street parking a short walk away. The staff is very friendly. My only complaint would be that the coffee in the lobby is not free of charge.

Needed room when flight was cancelled. The receptionist was great, helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle in the morning was easy to arrange and right on-time. Restaurant was good for dinner - food was excellent though service a bit less so. Breakfast all I wanted/needed. Room was fine. Very pleased overall.

Much better than expected
Not as close to the airport as info suggests. After 20min taxi from FRA the hotel is on an industrial site so a little disappointed. However, a very nice reception (staff) very helpful an extremely clean room with a comfortable bed. A good breakfast with a good choice.

Improvement of the service needed
The hotel is ok. However, they are providing a shuttle bus to the airport, that only will take cash. Who has euros in their pocket when coming from Africa on their way to Norway. The room was very hot. It was hot outside, but no AC or other kind of ventilation was installed. I have prepaid the breakfast, but didn’t get it as I left too early. We’ll se how they are handling that.
