“Comfort and convenience”

We splurged and paid a little more to stay at the airport and it was worth it. The room was soundproof - no clue we were at one of the busiest airports in the world - and comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of restaurants and the airport is just a walkway away so we could dine easily. The hotel let us check in early at no charge.

One would never know he was next to an airport. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and the service was great- friendly and efficient. First class all the way.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We expected the usual airport hotel--bland and bare bones. This hotel is pricey but worth it.

“Good at airport”

Nothing like convenience- you can walk from here to the terminals. Hotel was nice, comfortable and better than many Sheratons and I stay at a lot of them. People working there also friendly and helpful. If you need to spend a night before flying out of Frankfurt, I recommend this Sheraton.

“Excellent airport location”

When I have an early morning flight, I prefer to stay right at the airport. This hotel is as close as you can get. It was a little hard to find because the signage at the Frankfurt Airport was limited, but there are two overhead walkways that lead right to the hotel from the airport (sorry - I already have forgotten which terminal). Once you spot them, you'll see the Sheraton sign. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and spoke English perfectly, and they also were happy to let my husband practice his German on them. There is a train that goes right into town. Frankfurt itself is a little dreary on a rainy Sunday in February, but we still had a good time walking around an area near the river and the museums.

“FRA airport convenience”

Best experience at FRA airport is the Sheraton in an otherwise chaotic location. I avoid FRA whenever possible in my European travel! The Sheraton staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The hotel is somewhat "pricey" is my only negative comment.

This has always been a very convenient place for traveling in and out of Germany, between visiting family members in Kassel.
