Property Amenities

The hotel is located at Frankfurt International Airport, connected by a glass-enclosed pedestrian bridge to Terminal 1. A frequent shuttle bus connects the hotel to the city center. Those arriving by car have access to onsite parking (surcharge).

Club guests have a separate exclusive check-in at Towers reception on 9th floor, including complimentary access to the Towers Lounge, 24-hour fitness centre, and sauna. A business centre is also found on the same floor.

This is a fully-equipped business hotel with meeting spaces of all sizes up to 1,400 people and 60 banquet rooms, including the SkyLoft, an innovative venue on two floors. Guests can receive a fitness check and a personal training program from experienced fitness center staff while staying at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center. Cardio fitness equipment is equipped with LCD screens for reception of television, videos, and music. The center is open around the clock and features a separate women's area.

“This hotel could use some "facelift"”

I have stayed many times over the years at this Airport hotel, so conveniently located, you do not need to leave the airport in order to get in the hotel. This convenience is hard to beat. However - reception staff is very impersonal. The overall look of the hotel is aged. Could use some "facelift"

The hotel was bad but it was very warm in the room and I suppose the AC was turned off due to the season.

“The location of course is so good one is tempted to overlook other aspects. Don't.”

Love the location, but the room although clean and bed comfortable, the carpets were worn. The staff were pleasant but did several errors on check-in that had me running back down or their staff coming up to the room. Also not very helpful on traveling within Germany at their travel desk. The restaurant was reasonable food but much too expensive!!!! Breakfast too unreasonably expensive...one had the feeling that they took advantage overall of tired, 'captive audience' with travelers who would soon be gone. Not what I expect from Sheraton.

“good location”

Excellent location even for downtown events via the local trains. The tavern has good food for the price. The hotel should inform guests about exchange rates prior to charging foreign currencies as bank rates may be different on a charge card. Simply telling guests about charges in Euros and Dollar is not informative.

“Very convenient when arriving and departing from Frankfurt by air”

This is a very convenient hotel when arriving in Frankfurt after an overnight flight or departing from there in the early morning.

“close to the airport”

I could see the hotel, but even with a GPS, it took 30 minutes circling around the airport to finally hit upon the right roads to reach the hotel. The signage is simply non-existant, and there is a maze of roads. And, the price, per 24 hours, for Wi Fi access was absurdly high (they did offer a "free" 30 minutes so we could print boarding passes, and it took the full 30 minutes due to the slow internet speed. However, the staff could not have been nicer (they even told me that as just ten times around the airport before reaching the hotel, I was great, most folks took 15 to 20 times) or more helpful (great directions on returning the rental car, and super nice bell persons). Coffee and tea in the room; comfortable bed; decent sized room; and amazingly quiet, even though we looked directly out to the terminal. Walking from our room to the checking-in for US Air took less than three minutes.
