“Great hotel - watch the add-on costs”
After two weeks of traveling around Germany, I stayed in this hotel the night before catching my plane home. This was the best room during my whole trip in terms of room space, comfortable bed, and nice lounge/restaurant. However, before leaving my bill added up to nearly another $90 beyond the prepaid room! This covered 1 beer in the lounge, supper, internet ($20 for 1 day), and the shuttle bus ($5 each way).
“Airport hotel”
This is a very nice, clean, modern and new hotel. The only problem in my opinion is the location- there is an airport shuttle every half an hour, but that is your only choice, there is nothing else around the hotel. At least the airport has a train that will take you into the city. As an airport hotel, I would definitely recommend it, but if you want to quickly get into the city, this is not a convenient location.
“GREAT HOTEL”
Wow! I expected to find a decent hotel for my overnight near the airport, but I have to say, I was truly impressed and VERY pleased! From the moment I arrived, I found the service to be perfect and just enough without being too much. The hotel and its decor are simple but extremely tasteful and delightfully comfortable. Everything was so convenient and well-appointed and made me forget that I was just 'enduring' an overnight at the airport! Thank you, Park Inn!! Bravo!
“Great Find!!!”
Stayed at Park Inn twice this summer, once when arriving to Europe and on departure. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Bathrooms exceptionally clean and modern. Staff very accomodating and professional. It was somewhat difficult to locate the hotel shuttle, HOWEVER, they had just opened and didn't have access to the airport shuttle area. By the time we returned it was all looked after. One thing, I found the restaurant to be rather pricey and the only one in the area. You would have to take the hotel shuttle back to the airport to find good food at a better cost. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Keep up the great work!
“Very nice airport hotel”
The hotel is really nice and not like a lot of the other European hotels which don't compare to American ones. The breakfast is a pricey and the shuttle to the airport costs 3E. I didn't take the shuttle to the hotel although I have heard it is not very reliable. The room itself is very nce and clean and decent sized similar to American hotels. I was only there one night so don't know about the surrounding area although I have heard there's not much around. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again.
“Convenient”
The Park Inn is very handy for an overnight stop - there is a shuttle to the door, but not a lot in the nearby environment. We stayed on three occasions for one night only and the frontdesk staff were courteous and effiecient each time.

“Great find!”
Park Inn nearby to Frankfurt International Airport is a great find. A brand new hotel, just recently opened. Being somewhat familiar with the area and having information that hotel was within 1+ miles of hotel, opted for taxi transportation. The hotel is so new that taxi driver had difficulty finding it at first -- that will go away. The hotel also has an airport shuttle which is a very attractive alternative -- check with the information desk for where to go to get the shuttle. The hotel itself is sparkling new -- very modern in design, both reception area, restaurant and rooms. A very welcoming environment. Elevator use accessed by room key -- enhances hotel security. Room very comfortable, amenities as expected -- HDTV included for those needing it; WiFi is also provided. Hotel staff service was excellent, reception and restaurant/bar -- very proactive and engaging. Dinner menu somewhat limited but quite adequate for both business traveler and leisure travelers; breakfast buffet was excellent -- variety and very high quality. My first choice next time I need accommodation at the airport while traveling.
“Squeaky clean, new”
Nice clean hotel close to the airport. Everything was new and well kept up if a little sterile. In house restaurant is the only one that is convenient and we felt the food there was not good. Other than than, very nice.
“Great new hotel near Frankfurt Airport”
The shuttle driver was extremely friendly and accommodating. The desk agent was also fantastic. The hotel and room itself was new and very clean. There was very little noise from the airport reaching into the room. However, I had some difficulty determining how to find the shuttle from the airport. I had to call the hotel for instructions. The shuttle does not use the shuttle bus lane - I had to walk across the shuttle bus lane to the street, which was no problem except this was not very clear from the instructions given me on the phone. It would have been much more convenient if these instructions were with the Expedia reservation information or prominent on the hotel's web site. This was a minor thing, though. I plan to stay here in the future whenever I travel into or out of Frankfurt.
