“Novotel Niederrad”
My mom and I recently stayed at the Novotel Niederrad. Our trip was to visit Frankfurt for my 40th birthday as a gift from my mom and step-dad. The Niederrad Novotel was perfectly located for us. We found it very helpful to buy a weekly transportation pass and used it for all of our traveling, except for our trip BACK to the airport, where we took a taxi that was very reasonably priced. The hotel is only a short walk from a city train station stop, S-Bahn. I felt very safe walking to and from the train station even after dark. The hotel staff was very helpful with everything. The hotel had free internet access in the lobby which was very nice and they were very helpful in assisting us with the German Keyboard, not much different but just enough to confuse. The room was very nice and clean and the daily house keeping was up to par. In the foyer and in the lobby they kept a bowl of apples, which we found very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Frankfurt.
“Great overnight hotel near airport”
Beautifully decorated room. Large by European standards. Pool, sauna and steam room was greatly appreciated after a long flight. Room-service food was incredible. Huge portions. Hotel very quiet considering it is next to the railroad tracks. Must keep window closed of course.
“Great hotel”
This hotel is wonderful if you can get agood deal and far to steep on full price for casual travellers as it is aimed square on at business expense accounts which is fair enough as its sat on the edge of a comercial district ,but people should be aware its location is a bit off the beaten track but excellent public transport make up for this as it is 5mins walk from an s bahn station and 15 mins includeing waiting time from central frankfurt .It is also best to note you will be travelling in to the city alot as no facillities are really available on a comercial estate.The staff and hotel are great if the price is right.
“Luke warm about Novotel Frankfurt Niederrad”
We chose the Novotel Frankfurt Niederrad for it's close proximity to the Frankfurt Airport so it was our last night in Europe. I was disappointed that they don't have a Airport Shuttle and the internet was not free. Breakfast was free but you had to eat between 4:00 -6:00 AM otherwise pay. We stayed in a Novotel in Toronto a couple years back and that was wonderful so I guess my expectations were rather high for this one. This one was clean and the staff was nice.
“Hotel recommenable except for the warm season due to lack of AC”
The hotel room was clean, breakfast was great and included, the small pool helped to relax, however, we stayed there while temperatures were in upper 80ies and the room had no working AC making it hard to sleep.
“Decent hotel in a good location”
Everything seems okay. The only thing that can be improved is enabling AC in the winter. It was an indian summer and the AC can't be turned off. Also we were not allowed to open the windows. As a result, it was a bit warm for us.
“Excellent value for money!”
I am working in the deluxe hotel industry and i was a bit doubtful about this hotel but was very nicely surprised. Very spacious rooms and very clean. It very well located in Business center. Not centrally located but depends what you are looking after! My only downside was the swimming pool water cold and not very nice to look at...all in all very good price and good quality.
“Better in cool weather”
Great hotel -- new and clean. Great bar and food. However, they claimed to have air conditioning, but it wasn't functioning in my room (I saw others get fans from the hotel desk). Can't open the room windows, so it might be uncomfortable in hot weather.

the hotel is really good, friendy and helpful staff just a whirl noise during the night probably coming from the closer room
