"DO NOT book this hotel through Expedia. They have some serious miscommunications between each other. I booked half board for two rooms with 6 people, paid an extra $400 for this only to hear the hotel say we only have bed and breakfast. After endless hours on chat and phone calls, expedia promised to take care of it. I will need to pay for the dinner charge and then get reimbursed for it. Well after I sent in the receipt, I had to chat with them again, they reviewed it and then finally offered...

"Nice hotel in an attractive place. By Walking distance from Arzorum Castle and other attractions. The room is pleasantly furnished. The breakfast is good and staff is efficient. The only disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. When it's 43 degrees outside, this disadvantage is unbearable. Therefore, I will recommend the hotel only during winter time"

"Nice hotel, very well kept. Thanks to the management and staff! The selection of food at the restaurant is amazing. The slope and the lift is just a minute away from the ski room. The ski rental shop has a good choice of equipment. The ski area itself a bit limited, but it is great for beginners! Apres ski bar is there with nice cocktails and good food! "Genel olarak fiyat/performans bir otel diyebilirim. Özellikle tepede olması, pistlere yakınlığı kayak için gelenler için tercih sebebi olabilir. Bizim odamızda felaket bir sigara kokusu vardı, bu sebeple uyuyamadık; ancak ertesi gün oda değiştirmek isteğimizde hemen başka bir oda sundular. Arkadaşlarımızın ise tuvaletleri çok sıkıntılıydı, sifonları bozuk olduğu için zorluk çektiler.
