"Absolutely wonderful stay! Room was excellent! Pools were very nice. Great to have a family and adult pools. The food at both restaurants was very good and reasonably priced.
Reservation staff and restaurant staff where excellent!
There are two staff that went above and beyond. I want to recognize them as a testment to how well management really cares about having the best staff
First, Stacy a server at the Waterfront restaurant gave the most excellent service I ever had. She made sure that our group a priority. Excellent effort to accommodate all our requests and there were many. Stacy was super friendly and really cared about us as customers. I wanted to give a token of my appreciation for her excellent service but I didn't catch her before she left. What is the best way I can send her my token appreciation?
Then there is Teresa, your grounds manager that helped out our group with a gesture of kindness when my niece lost her car keys. My niece has 4 very young childen. Teresa saw her struggling with the infant and two year old while calling for help. Teresa without hesitation asked how she could help. The rest of us were still at the beach with the storm coming. She offered to pick us up to get back to the resort before the storm hit, just in time! She made sure we were in a safe place as we waited for help. I would also like to send her a token of our appreciation. I don't know what your policy is for that sort of thing. Management should be extremely proud of two"
