The room was very large and clean. However, the furnishings seemed a bit worn. The rooms are also very thinly soundproof. The windows are also poorly insulated and you can hear the traffic and trains quite loudly.

Very basic hotel. Good that it had a laundry. Breakfast was just varieties of sugar really. There was no left luggage facility which made things difficult for us. We explained that our party of 7 needed to head for the airport at 11.45 and wanted to use the morning looking around downtown. We were happy to put all our things in one room and request 45 munutes grace. This was denied. Ruined the morning for.one party member sat watching the luggage piled up in reception. We wont be back. Plenty more hotels in Flagstaff for our next visit.

We stayed in room 131 which faces the back of the hotel and a road. I was opening the curtain and found a stranger driver with a beard staring at me for a bit. I was dressed. He drove away very slowly. Felt unsafe. Maybe you might want a shrub or bush to block the back windows? We had to move from one room to another because there was a strong cleansing odor on the carpet. We were transferred to another room which was perfect. Thanks.

The bed was like sleeping on a concrete sidewalk with a thin sheet on it. It was so horrible I could not sleep and was in pain for the next two days. I had a reservation for two nights but checked out after one night due to the pain I was in and knowing I would not get any sleep the second night. Since I booked through Expedia the front desk did not offer a refund for the cancellation, which makes me have second thoughts about booking through Expedia.

I liked the staff, nice and informative Walls are thin, you can here other rooms showering and using the restroom, tv noise in other rooms. Having a free breakfast was nice, very crowded though in a small area, everybody trying to get coffee and breakfast at the same time. Overall good experience.

Our room was on the main floor There was no door from the hallway to the lobby so when our door opened everyone from the lobby/ breakfast to the entrance and parking lot could see directly in to our bedroom

I was awakened about 1:00AM by really loud talking and laughing, with the tv also blaring in their room as well. I finally called the front desk and the clerk came down and only told them to turn the TV down. She did NOT tell them to lower their voices or the fact that they were disturbing other guests. It turns out that I was told the next morning by another clerk, that the noisy people were relatives of one of the hotel's employees. HELLO!?!?!? Did they get a free room?? If they were associated with an employee, you would think that they would be extra quiet. Not happy here and I will definitely not stay at that Super 8 again!

When I searched Expedia I put in that breakfast was a requirement, this place came up. Not only did they not have breakfast even though it was on the sign for the inn the washing machine was also broken. We were at the inn for 6 days the room was never cleaned or restocked, had to go to the office for tp. Talked to the manager about it and was told I was wrong with an attitude.

This is a very tired looking, poorly maintained facility. The doors don’t close well and are very noisy-evidence of water leaks along the hallways. Terrible pillows, light on makeup mirror not working. They call themselves an “airport hotel” but have no shuttle service to or from the airport.

The front desk attendant was pleasant and very helpful, check in very simple. We just stayed overnight and this place suited our needs perfect. Cleanliness was good, just dusty around the outlets in the bathroom (not a deal breaker). Beds and pillows very comfortable, and linen seemed brand new very clean. We had a great overnight stay and would recommend this place for good service and stay for the price.
