“A great oasis stay!”

Very very friendly staff, facilities are perfect for a relaxing resort style holiday and the prices of the food and booze allows you to eat and drink til your heart is content and not be surprised by a nasty bill at the end of your stay. I would highly recommend this resort! The transfer from Nadi takes just short of three hours, but if you can handle this part of the trip, you don't need to leave the resort for anything else.

“Beautiful resort”

Excellent resort in nice little village of Pacific Harbour. Onsite restaurant food was excellent and price was outstanding.

“very pleasant smaller resort on a superb beach”

Uprising is a delightful resort, situated on a spectacular beach. The gardens are superbly kept and all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The bures are old fashioned but very comfortable and wonderful to fall asleep listening tothe waves lapping the beach only 15 steps away. A good variety of meals includiong lots of fresh fish. The fishing experience could be improved with better equipment and a boat with a cabin wonderful Fijian massages are available beside the beach.

“Ditch the Usual Huge Resort and Stay in Real Fiji”

We came to the Uprising with our two young children and had a very relaxing, comfortable stay. Amazing view, fresh air lodging, outside shower, beautiful beach and yummy breakfast to top it off. We should have stayed here for our whole stay instead of heading up to the overdone resorts in Denaru. We'll be back.

“Loved this place”

This restort was amazing. We stayed in both the villa and bura, pick the villa. Absolute luxury. The garden villa's are a couple of meters from the beach. The staff were so friendly and amazing, helpful at organising tours. The bar had the best cocktails

“Best resort in Fiji - Bula”

This is a great resort, it caters for everyone, the activities are easily booked through the resort, the staff are very warm and nice. Its not like a motel as when you wake up and look outside you have their nature plants and trees surrounding you making it a calming and relaxing place to be. so whether you are their to relax or have a adventure with a heap of activities this place has it all in the one place. But if you wish to see the town and arts and craft you can walk down the road for that.

This hotel was the most enjoyable place we have ever stayed at! Everything from the food to the beach to the rooms and the staff was amazing! The staff are the friendliest bunch of people and are always so helpful and entertaining, we could not rate this hotel high enough, we loved it! There is something for everyone here, there are dorms for the lower budgets, wonderful bures for the mid range and fancy villas for the extra healthy budgets...there was also loads of activities and the massages are fantastic!

“To die for!”

This hotel is absolutely amazing I am only 22 and went with my partner we stayed in the villa beach front and it was to die for! There is so much to do if you want to but there is also nothing to do if you want to, this place is perfect for anyone who wants a rap Fiji feel not a hotel apartment feel! It was stunning spacious! And so clean! The staff were amazing and always happy, it's cheap for Aussies and suitable for any age :) I would go back in a heart beat! The photos on the website do not do justice of just how amazing the place is

“Rooms are perfect. The Staff makes the Place!!!”

Stayed only 2 nights as had been to other parts of Fiji.... Not long enough and we are definitely going back! We stayed in one of the new Beach front Villa's and it was amazing. The outdoor rain shower for me was the winner! Waking up and looking out at the ocean was perfect. The Staff..... What can I say, they all made our stay that so much more. They are wonderful, the staff really make this place perfect. I will go back just to see the staff again they were all so so nice. I had an amazing massage with one of the most beautiful woman I have ever met, us and others nick named her mum as she is just a beautiful caring person. I can't wait to go back again. Thank you to all the Uprising staff for a wonderful stay.

“Great resort in great location”

The bures of this hotel are awesome, spacious and clean. The beach is clean and the variety of activities is huge, as the closest village, pacific harbour, is just a short walk away.
