This apartment hotel, renovated in December 2011, features serviced apartments overlooking the Denarau Championship Golf Course. The hotel is located on Fiji's Denarau Island, separated from the mainland of Viti Levu by a causeway. Shuttles stop regularly at the hotel for easy access to restaurants and other popular island destinations.
An outdoor pool is at the edge of a calm waterway, and guests can relax in complimentary beach and pool cabanas. Guests can enjoy breakfast, beverages, and snacks by the pool, or surf the Web via complimentary wireless Internet access. The hotel includes spa services, as well as a cafe. Numerous restaurants are steps away, at the Port Denarau Marina. Other amenities include free parking, 24-hour security, and an on-site manager. A playground is adjacent to the hotel. “Great stop for transfer to the Islands.”
The rooms were great & the property perfect for a stop over on the way out to & back from the Islands.
“Yearly visit to Fiji”
My daughter and myself recenty stayed at this property and were very impressed with the facilities . The only negative point was as we had a 1 bedroom unit my daughter sleept in the lounge on the pull out bed and found it to be very lumpy and uncomfortable.

After a delay flight we where meet by the staff who where great. The hotel and the pools was good and rooms cleaned to a high standard every day we stayed 8 days and really enjoy ourselves will be back next year. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.
“GREAT LOCATION”
the terraces apartments was very close and convenient to the denerau marina and shopping complex. apartment was clean and comfortable with all the kitchen necessities if you wanted to cook. many great restaurants in the shopping complex if you didn't.
“Highly recommended!!!”
Highly recommend The Terraces. The apartments were very clean, including the kitchen and en` suite bathrooms. Daily cleaning with new sheets and towels. If looking for a pace to stay with the option to cater for yourself, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and electrical appliances. The surrounding grounds are very well maintained and the pool, although a little small, was great. The staff are very friendly and they have the facilities to organise tours and hire cars ( Avis). Massages are available, a little rustic, but very relaxing. As for location you are 5 mins from Port Denarau which has enough dining options and small bars to enjoy. It also has grocery shops and banks. ( ANZ & Westpac ). The Island tours also leave from the port.
“Very convenient, excellent facilities”
Denarau Island was just a stop off for us on the way to the islands. Our room/apartment here was excellent and fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine, dryer, TV etc - none of this we needed but I can imagine if you had been travelling a while it would be great to find this to clean clothes etc. The bathroom was clean and the bed very comfortable. Very well located for restaurants in the evening and the Yasawa Flyer in the morning. I would highly reccommend this for anyone travelling to and from the islands.
“Great Value for Money”
After 5 nights at the Westin, we decided to extend our stay at a slightly cheaper spot and were very impressed with The Terraces. It overlooks the golf course, the river and is a minute's walk from the Port; handy if you're heading out on a snorkelling trip. The bedroom was large, kitchen facilities excellent and though I had to request an extra blanket it was perfect (and a fifth of the price of the Westin).
“Very nice, will book again”
I have stayed there before as it is walking distance to the Port, shops, restaurants. It has nice pool including a lap pool, lovely gardens and self contained, therefore spacious. The rooms needs to be maintained, eg kept freshly painted and furniture that doesn't look worse from wear. The screen doors should have a security lock for additional safety. The breakfast which was included was not explained as to what it included, so one expects it's a full breakfast. Otherwise, a very good place to stay.
“Best choice for Denarau Island”
The Terraces is undoubtedly the most affordable and best choice for travellers staying on Denarau Island. It is the closest hotel to the port where all the boats leave for island hopping etc and ALSO the price was half that of other nearby international hotels. Most importantly - the Terraces are Villa style apartments with bedrooms, lounge room, laundry, kitchen & balcony - which is great! Most of the other places are just hotel rooms and double the price.
