“Great value for money”

Tanoa offers a great value for money. Our first impression was that the room was a little under par but on closer evaluation found it was just the older part of the hotel that hadnt been done up yet so hall carpets need replacing for instance. However you cant fault the comfort of the room the cleanliness the friendliness or helpfulness of the staff the food at night was exceptional especially the Fijian curry. Free airport tranfers is a bonus and its close to a supermarket. We were very happy with our 5 night stay and after staying at way more expensive hotels for the rest of our stay decided Tanoa was exceptional value for money. The pool area is very pleasant and it has a nice atmosphere.

“Satisfactory”

Everything was fine until 11.30pm at night when I was sound asleep, after a long flight., someone called me and accused me of taking something from the bar! I had not even been to the bar, after a minute or so this person realized that she had called the wrong room. She apologised and hung up. When I checked out the next morning, I told the desk clerk, who said the matter would be looked into!

“Good Choice:”

Very good value and most convenient for the traveller passing through Nadi. Staff are obliging if relaxed. Breakfast choice and quality...fine.

“Best Choice for Convenience”

We stayed @ a 5* resort after the Tanoa International and found that even tho the 5* was located on the Coral Coast we were glad to spend most of our time @ the Tanoa as you are located 5mins from Nadi Airport, 25mins from Denaru Marina and 25mins to Nadi township so I suggest if you are planning on diong Day cruises or going onto Islands such as Castaway,Mana,Plantation to stay here first as they are situated closer then the coral coast resorts. The staff are lovely the rooms are plenty comfy for 2 or even 4people. Would suggest as we met couples that came on the day crusies and travelled 1hr and 1/2 by bus each way to get to Denaru Marina so it was early starts and late endings. Need to try Sleeping Giant Cocktail the BEST and also dine out as food was only let down but lots of Restaurants in Nadi so wasnt a major drama.

Very friendly staff, hotel was nice and comfortable. Pool was out of action during our stay for repairs but it was possible to use sister hotel

“Clean, close and friendly”

This hotel is situated 5 minutes from the Airport. A long driveway leads to it and the local bus stops outside. The taxi rank is at the hotel which makes it easy if you wish to venture out. The hotel was clean with nice pool, spa and sauna and coffee shop with beautiful Lattes made there. Staff were prompt with requests and food was very nice and affordable. Tour desk at hotel and transfers to and from tours were great as didnt have to find our own way to the Mariner. Large Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Linen was changed daily and pillows and mattress was very very clean. Nice large bathrooms, clean with strong showers and great ventilation and mirrors didnt fog up. Accommodation was also very affordable. Highly recommend.

“A quiet and comfortable stay.”

Stayed for 10 days/nights. In hot Fiji weather aircon temps could have been better (cooler). Shower hose kept on falling off the wall holder (rm 311). For a long stay, extra coffee and tea would have been nice - kept on asking the reception to replenish. The hair dryer was kaput - had to get it replaced.

The hotel was very good ,service was good staff very freindly & helpful, there wasnt much round the hotel had to use transport to get around , food was good quality, would use this hotel again

“Family Connections”

Lived in room 133. Bit messy walking in rain otherwise fine.Lighting was not up to standard. Need more light and a powerpoint in the bathroom for hair dryer. The safe was not working . This was my first stay at TANOA. Room generally very clean and comfortable. Service was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good experience.
