Conference/function room(s):The 264 square metre (2,841 square foot) Davui Hall, which can be divided into three areas, overlooks the golf course. It can host 400 people in theatre style or 150 in classroom style. There is an adjacent break-out meeting room. The 648 square metre (6,996 square foot) Davui Events Centre, which can be divided into two areas, hosts 600 people in theatre style or 360 in classroom style. A further 810 square metre (8,719 square foot) Pavilion can host 700 people in theatre style and 450 in classroom style. It has three areas and can be supplemented by 25 square metre (269 square foot) mobile tents. There is also an executive boardroom, which is 48 square metres (516 square feet). Equipment includes plasma displays, slide projectors, overhead projectors, LCD displays, and teleconferencing facilities.

CHI, The Spa: is a full-service spa with beautiful garden and ocean views. Chi, the Spa offers many luxe treatments including aromatherapy, body wraps, facials, manicures and pedicures, and massages on the beach. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Advanced reservations required for massages and spa treatments.

A complimentary buffet breakfast is provided each morning.

Takali Restaurant and Bar - Asian and seafood à la carte restaurant. Western buffet breakfast. Cocktails, beers, spirits, and other beverages. Wooden open-air pavilions with outdoor decking, overlooking Takali Pool and the ocean. Informal. Open daily from early morning till late evening.

Black Marlin Bar and Bistro - Bistro style à la carte dinners in bar and nightclub venue. Cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages. Sports bar with large screen. Live band and DJ. Karaoke. Located in open-air pavilion with outdoor decks overlooking the lagoon. Open daily for dinner only, from early evening till late night.

Lagoon Restaurant - International buffets for breakfast and dinner, and à la carte lunches. Incorporates a Coffee Bar with teas, coffees, pastries, and healthy alternative lunches. Open-air pavilion with ceiling fans, and outdoor decks overlooking the lagoon. Informal. Open daily from early morning till late evening.

Golden Cowrie - Enjoy beachfront ocean views, while dining al fresco. The Golden Cowrie serves breakfast and dinner. Please note that some meals may not be served daily.

Kalevu Restaurant and Bar - Fine dining, with à la carte specialty cuisine and vegetarian options. International cuisine, with Australian influences. Air-conditioned, with high ceilings and cane furniture. Bar and lounge area. Private room available. Located adjacent to Takali Pool. Open daily for dinner only, closed Sundays. Bilo Bar - Cocktails, beers, spirits, and other beverages. Located in traditional-style bure overlooking the beach and lagoon. Open daily from midday till late evening.

Coral Café - Cocktails, beers, and other beverages. Snacks, salads, sandwiches, and other healthy eating options. Located by Coral Pool and overlooking the ocean. Open from late morning till late afternoon.

Shangri-La's Fijian Resort & Spa has three swimming pools; one lagoon style (with a small adjacent children's pool), one infinity pool with ocean views, and one adults-only pool.

There is a 9-hole executive golf course and an air-conditioned fitness centre with a full range of equipment. For less ambitious golfers, there is minitature golf. There are 3 complimentary tennis courts (surcharge for racquets and balls). When floodlit at night, court hire is available for a surcharge. Guided morning walks and nature walks around the island are offered.

At the private beach, directly accessed from the property, guests enjoy beach cabanas and umbrellas. Complimentary non-motorised water sports are also offered at the beach, including snorkelling, row boating, and kayaking. Other activities, offered at a surcharge, include parasailing, motor boating, water-skiing, deep-sea fishing, jet skiing, and cycling. The resort also offers bay and sunset cruises on its private boat.

A games room contains table tennis, video games, arcade games such as air hockey, and board games. There is also a children's playground and TV room.
