“Made our Honeymoon perfect!”

We decided to go to Fiji for our honeymoon and it was the first time we had gone there and were worried about making the right choice on where to stay and after being told by a few friends to stay at any of the resorts at the Denarau Island we took their advice and chose the Hilton staying in a 1 bedroom apartment. Upon entering the Hilton we were greeted and looked after brilliantly - our bags were taken straight to our room whilst we checked in. In our room was a complimentary wine and a congratulations letter to us - adding that special touch straight away to our stay. Our room was well appointed and was serviced every day along with a different flower every day on the bed! They also kept on giving us new Fiji Water bottles every day as well - very handy! We booked all of our tours and island visits through the concierge desk and the girl that served us most of the time was very helpful and always happy to see us everytime! Overall we were so happy we chose to stay at the Hilton - the staff were great, the room was to die for and the weather was perfect!

“Beautiful Fiji Resort....wonderful for a family escape!”

We loved the accommodation....extremely high standard and had all of the comforts of home. The only issue we had during our stay was the king size bed was really hard. We had a two bedroom apartment because we have a 19 month old child and wanted a bit more comfort. The apartment was so well equipped. It had a fully equipped kitchen including a toaster, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery and even a Nespresso machine. It also had a washing machine and dryer which came in handy. The website doesn't give you this information which is unfortunate because we probably would have decided not to have the buffet breakfast every day and upgraded to a room with a plunge pool instead - much easier when you have a small child. Overall, a fanstastic resort and holiday. We will be going back next year.

“Wish I didn't have to leave”

Friendly staff, clean and rooms, A1 service. What else can I say. My girlfriend and I (24 years of age) stayed at the resort for 6 nights. We had fun and felt very comfortable at this resort. I researched resorts for 1 month and made a decision (from reviews) that this resort was the best, and it was. The Hilton made our holiday. Be sure to make friends with the staff as they are willing to make friends with you. This makes the stay even better.

“WOW..amazing customer service!!!”

We found the staff to be the greatest assett of this resort which is picture perfect anyway. They could not do enough to make you feel welcome and nothing was any trouble at all .The ambiance was very relaxed. The rooms were well appointed and spacious with all the little inclusions you would expect of a 5 star resort.This resort is very centrally located and within easy distance to the other Denarau Island resorts only a short shuttle ride away for a very minimal fee . I can only highly recommend this one!

“Excellent Service”

It is worth being called the 5 stars hotel. If you are looking for a place to relax “Fiji Resort and Spar by Hilton” is the place to be. Staff are so friendly, polite and very helpful. The staffs at concierge/reception are wonderful. It is worth a revisit.

“5 Nights in Fiji”

We have just stayed here and had a great break. Hotel is really good and we were a little concerned with a "receivership" write up in the Herald. But all good business as usual. Our only two words of warning 1. Dont expect gourmet food in Fiji. Keep it simple and its great. 2. Golf Course is very very dry and we did not think that is being given the care it needs. Make the time to go to Natadola and play golf there its well worth the trip.

“One of our best hotels”

The hotel was as beautiful as it looked on both expedia and their own website. The room in which we stayed (1 bedroom beachfront) was very spacious and well laid-out - we loved the open ensuite style bathroom, and the bath itself was fantastic. I'm 6‘1 and found it very comfortable and great to kick back in after a day out. We were in a room which literally had a view into the reception area. However, not once in our stay were we disturbed by our location. There was a little background noise (music) from the restaurant and pool area at various times, however at no time was it imposing and we found the music choice very complimentary to the location. It was my wife's 30th during our stay, which was casually mentioned when asked at check-in if we were celebrating any particular occasion. We were pleasantly surprised with a birthday surprise from L'epecier on the day. Their desserts are to die for, and their pizza's are not far behind - we only had a boring old cheese pizza, and it was one of the best of any pizza i've tried (including New York!). The activities staff around the pool were extremely welcoming to an overgrown child wishing to take part in an ice-cream eating competition. In-room kitchen was very convenient, bread and meats can be had from L'epecier and other supplies can be bought from the general store by reception. All in all, this tops our list of best hotel experiences, and we are already trying to work out how to fit a return visit into existing travel plans.

“Absolutely Loved It”

This resort is the best by far in Fiji. The facilities were very well maintained but more importantly the staff were wonderful especially in the restaurant. We had a wonderful time and would strongly recommend this resort to any one.
