Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Forest Park

"Everything went smoothly, property is clean and well maintained. Our rool was clean, I couldn't find a single thing wrong - kudos to Tracy who cleaned the room prior to our arrival. Pool area was great for kids and parents, lots of seating to get comfortable and watch kids play. They kept the towels well stocked in pool area. Dinner and breakfast offerings were very good, and many options for myself and three kids. There was a man, who I assume was the Manager based on his dress. He personally delivered extra blankets to our room when requested, I saw him picking up dirty plates someone stacked near the elevator, he was tidying up everywhere he went. He leads by example and always had a pleasant smile. He is definitely an asset to the place. We encountered several young ladies from Housekeeping and the young man stocking pool towels, all very friendly and welcoming. And the young man at check in was great, when I asked about the safety of my vehicle in the parking lot versus parking garage he assured me there are security staff at night, and was real and said "it is St. Louis," which was funny and relatable for out of towners from rural areas who think that exact thing. "

"Wildwood Hotel was a very clean Hotel, and the staff was nice. The location was great there was a grocery store very close by a movie theater a pharmacy a gas station everything you needed was close by."

"I made a date and time with expedia and data misstake was 06-07-2026 to 06-08-2026 I should of dubbled checked it should of been 06-06-2026 to 06-07-2026 06-07-2026 to 06-08-2026 payed 111.00 plus 9.00 to save and help me with a refund That expedia took and payed the hotel 111.00 I wasn;t even there. 06-06-2023 to 06-07-2026 costed me over 280.00 = $391.00 and I did not used the room expedia payed to the hotel took it knowing I made a mistake ! They could of fixed that but they knew that if they did not reply to the email to refund me my 111.00 spent and a service I never got !!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Nice hotel for the price, staff was friendly and a nice hot breakfast. I wished their pool opened earlier for early travelers. But overall great stay the bed was comfy and room was fridged just the way i like it :)"

"Nice hotel connected to the casino. Beds were comfortable. Had small fridge. Nice walk in shower with toilet in its own separate room. Pocket doors for bathroom. Tv in the mirror in bathroom, not sure why. Parking lot looks sketchy but we had no issues. They have parking ramp also."

"A exceptionally wonderful Drury Inn that’s been recently updated and is staffed by good people who seemed to take pride in providing a relaxing stay. Pool is indoor/outdoor with a hottub. Airy feel in lobby and elevator area and clean throughout. Good breakfast and happy hour/manager’s special."

"I booked my wife into a handicapped room because she cannot use the toilet or bath without having a handicapped accessible bathroom. When she went to go to the bathroom, the toilet was not flushing toilet paper, or any bodily waste. When we asked the front desk for assistance the person said she would get someone to fix it. We waited 3 hours and no one ever came. When we called the front desk again, the person told us there was no maintenance person available untill the next day. She flippantly and casually said she can just use the toilet in the lobby. MY WIFE IS HANDICAPPED AND CAN'T USE A REGULAR TOILET! My wife had to pee/pooop in her pad all night, having to change pads every time she went to the bathroom. The next morning, the maintenance man didn't show up until 10:00 AM (1 hour before we checked out). No one at this horrible hotel even apologized for this disaster. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! ."
