The location and staff were fine overall, but the condition of our room was disappointing. Cleanliness and amenities both fall well below what I'd expect from any hotel stay. On arrival, we noticed the room was not properly cleaned. Beyond that, there were some odd maintenance issues — a lightbulb was missing from a fixture, the carpet had been cut out in a section and not replaced cleanly, and the refrigerator ran so loudly throughout the night that it was genuinely disruptive.
These aren't minor inconveniences — they're basics that any guest should be able to count on."
