The staff here is exceptional. The front desk staff went out of their way to help me deal with an online booking issue, and the housekeeping staff was helpful too.
The room was clean and comfortable. Missing an alarm clock and a hair dryer. Coffee service stuff didn't get restocked daily. The breakfast was mediocre, and definitely lacked protein options. Worst coffee I've had in years. The ambiance felt dingy, but I think that's because of the lighting. It suited our needs, we were in town for a festival and not in the room much.
The pool is too cold for toddlers. The hot tub was warm- at best. Room 115 has a large enough gap between the door and door frame to see peoples shoes/ legs as they walk by. Some of the men that work the front desk are very unwelcoming and at times, impolite.
Manger was no help.. One towel.. key card didn’t work.. dirty. We stayed somewhere else.

Not too bad for the price.
The room was clean. The beds were comfy. The noise from the people next to us was easy to hear. The day staff was amazing the night staff was more alfoof.
The breakfast was decent. The beds were hard. Only had 2-3 half pillows, that were very old. Toilet wouldn't flush upon arrival. The staff brought me a plunger so I could fix it.
Great hotel, warm pool, everything was great except our room had two outside walls and the floor/air was quite cold. The heater worked fine so kept us warm.
med to poor overall cond, shredded towel in b/r and dirty sink, very limited channels on TV, room not furnished anything like advert. Was not priced or advertised as a cut rate dive motel, so we were just disappointed.
The room was very dirty it had stains and some food on the carpet. The fire alarm was not where it was supposed to be just a wash clothe was hanging there. The heat/ac unit did not work properly and was outdated it had marker colored red or blue to tell you which was heat or cool.
Person at front desk very unpleasant, Bed warped and uncomfortable, room smells of disinfectant and mildew, could not find any mildew. Room we were in needs lots of repairs, breakfast area not the cleanest, very small, again personal very unpleasant not very friendly, no good morning, how’s your stay, nothing. Just ignored
Days Inn or anything by windham is going to be 2 star or below. Didn’t feel comfortable, the bedspread from the 80’s had a burn hole in it. Sheets smelled clean so that was ok.
