"We booked this hotel for June 4-8, 2026 and after 1 night stay found our room was heavily infested with bedbugs. My daughter ended up having 38 bites. The receptionist who was working was very kind and helpful. At first the manager was also helpful. He said he would refund us for our stay and we left the hotel after 1 night. Once we returned home I called and the manager refused to refund our entire stay. He said we needed to pay for the night we were there. He also told me I would be banned from his hotel. I called corporate and will be getting a refund, but beware of staying at this hotel. The manager is horrible and they have bedbugs!"
