Great little hotel. The room was clean, well equipped, good water pressure, good wifi, comfortable bed. Hotel is super close to a lot of restos within walking distance and right on the trolley route to downtown. Bit of road noise, but that is pretty much all of the hotels in Eureka Springs. The staff is outstanding. This is a very comfortable hotel and even better as it is priced less then many in the area.

I liked the shady area with parking right outside my ground level room. The pool was closed however and my son really wanted to swim. We stayed 3 nights and each day they said it would be open that day but wasn’t ever opened while we were there.

just one of the best experiences in Eureka Springs. Great great staff. From the asset manager to the on-site manager to his assistant to the building engineer. All top-notch people. We are making this our second home.

Best kept secret. The rooms around the back don’t have Plug-ins and stuff for cell phones, but bring your own stuff. It’s so quiet and nice down there. It’s worth it.

Loved this hotel. Clean quiet relaxing place. Enjoyed the campfire area at night and dog area. Excited to see they were sponsoring the pride festival this weekend. Owners were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
