We had to call maintenance twice (5 day stay), the king bed was hard as a rock, no extra pillows and it was pretty outdated. The AC worked though! "Everything was really great with one exception. Had no sheets on top floor master bed, and none in the home. Was told by the property manager to contact cleaning service which we did. Cleaning service said property manager had been told no sheets in the house for that bedroom and expected some to be dropped off. I guess the drop off didn't happen. Property manager gave us a $100 credit to get sheets at Harris Teeter, a 1/4 mile away, but Harris Teeter doesn't sell sheets, so we didn't have them...
