Don’t expect friendly, helpful or caring service
TV in the room did not work. The team on site made no effort to fix this or apologise, we were simply told there is nothing they can do (without anyone even checking the TV out). Card machine did not work so could not order any food and again there was no flexibility to put the order on the room. Lastly, we had a family room with sleep sofa which is absolutely not designed to sleep on. Ended up sleeping on the floor for higher comfort levels. Service non existent and very young untrained and non caring staff

Great price for such a sleek hotel, next to the town centre. Only complaint was the pillow

Only thing is its bad for parking but over-all very good shame that Essen is a dirty city and would not recommend it

Good but ....
Big room, Big bathroom, very close to Essen Central station. All good but basic amenities like coffee maker, iron, locker, drinking water etc missing in the room.

Great hotel in the city centre
Well located for trams to the exhibition centre and or visiting the city centre. Bar area is well presented and the rooms are very comfortable.

Great for business or family
Location was easy to find. Parking was minimal, on site but loads of parking near by. All paid parking. Staff was friendly on all levels. Room was spacious enough for myself and 3 kids. All in all a great place to stay.

Personal teilweise sehr unfreundlich, schlechte Parkplatzsituation nicht so wie beschrieben auf der Seite hier. Man muss da recht viel Glück haben und frühes erscheinen ist das maßgeblich das beste. Sonst war es super dort, tolle Zimmer und gute Atmosphäre.

Der Empfang ist etwas seltsam, weil man für die Bezahlung keine Rechnung bekommt. Das Empfangspersonal spricht sehr schlecht Deutsch was wirklich seltsam ist. Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Sauberkeit ist gut.

Soll wohl sehr modern aussehen, dass übermittelten der Rechnung via Email hat leider nicht funktioniert. Um an die Rechnung zu kommen ist es nicht möglich telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen eine Email Adresse für das Hotel gibt's scheinbar nicht. Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit zum kotzen

Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer gebucht und das dritte Bett war nicht bezogen. Erst nach der zweiten Nachfrage wurde das Bett bezogen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte besser sein.
