"Decent Stay, But Room Condition Left a Lot to Be Desired... The location and staff were fine overall, but the condition of our room was disappointing. Cleanliness and amenities both fall well below what I'd expect from any hotel stay. On arrival, we noticed the room was not properly cleaned. Beyond that, there were some odd maintenance issues — a lightbulb was missing from a fixture, the carpet had been cut out in a section and not replaced cleanly, and the refrigerator ran so loudly throughout the night that it was genuinely disruptive. These aren't minor inconveniences — they're basics that any guest should be able to count on."

"The room itself was clean, the bed also seemed clean. There is no refrigerator/microwave. The biggest issue I had was with the bed, the bed needs a big upgrade. Every movement you would hear the metal springs crying out, I'm not sure if it's springs inside the mattress or the box spring, but it was annoying and uncomfortable."

"Absolutely the worst night ever. I stayed to get rest the night before an important meeting and not at all good. First Place once u get off elevator is filthy, wallpaper peeling and Ac actually had moldy dust. Hair eminent in shower !! Sound proof rooms !!! No way. Young women room in next room was conducting business all night and across way screaming young child. No lock on slider door. I was moved at 1 am to a nicer room due to noise of women conducting business to 3rd floor was perfect…. Didn’t seem like same hotel…. But breakfast starts at 6 am went down at 6:40 was gone fresh fruit was a few oranges and NO Coffee!! Have video heading over to corporate!!! Day manager women in white suit had NO idea what happened during night and said she would need to look at rooms even though I showed video proof. Overall worst experience and low low low quality hotel. Not worthy if 1 star should be evaluated by board of health…"

"It was a great visit. I was particularly happy to use the workout room, the pool and the hot tub. Two small criticisms: The windows that surround the pool are pretty dirty, and the whirlpool jets in the spa seem too strong for such a small pool. Oh, and obviously it was inconvenient to lose access to the elevator during the power outage. All the staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers to the breakfast attendants to the young man who carried our heavy suitcases down the stairs to our car when the elevator wasn't working, were awesome. Thanks!"
