"They are owned by Romanians with respective design choices - very cheap furnishings, hanging cables, unclean halls. Guard dogs take the ground floor and roam under the balconies gazing at the guests with funny looks. Food is very limited, overpriced, and extremely salty. "Our stay was just fine. Check-in was easy. The room was comfortable, though the temperature was difficult to regulate. We would have liked to have a hot pot in the room for tea and a place to get just a cup of coffee in the morning, since we do not usually eat a large breakfast. We did have trouble finding someone at the front desk in the evening, but eventually they came out to help us. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was very good. "
