Overall it was clean and well kept. However, I arrived very late to check in and it seemed to take a moment for staff to find my room. When I finally got the key and started walking in, it was occupied! Of course I went back down to let them know. Another five minutes of clicking around and they gave me a key to another room. The room was empty but needless to say it was a bit of a downgrade and I was kind of nervous about them giving someone else a key to my room so I locked everything I could. In any case, the rest of the stay was nice and the property is really nice.

I am a traveling nurse and was misled by the staff from the start or my stay. The staff was not helpful or accommodating in the least bit. One lady was very nice and she’s the only reason the stay was tolerable. The room was nothing special but it was clean. Breakfast was subpar, the sandwich’s were brick hard. Sausage and eggs were ok. I know I will not be staying there again.

Stay on the 1st floor which next to the common rec area of the hotel, get very noisy even at late night and early morning, higher level probably better.

The building and room itself was beautiful, clean and modern. Our room was at the end of a hall near an outside door and we were constantly awakened by the door slamming shut. We had to keep the blinds completely closed because people from the parking lot could see right in. The breakfast was not great.

Liked comfortable bed, clean room, nice TV, great shower. Didn’t like -asked for a second chair for the room. They didn’t have any. Shower was missing soap. They supplied some but said they were out of the normal soap that is used.

Very close to restaurants, Wegman's (great grocery store), and stores. Only downside was there was construction next door, but no noise when I was there on a Friday night. Very nice breakfast. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Love love love this hotel! It was close to many shops, beach and restaurant! The rooftop pool was nice but water was toooo cold, they need a heated pool

I was there an entire week and they never cleaned the room or made the beds, just took the dirty towels and left fresh ones 1 time, Ran out of toilet paper, they ran out of trash bags. Had breakfast cleaned up by 8:50 when it’s supposed to be till 10:00 according to the sign. The people above us were very loud after 10:00 Pm, so we called twice and they never did anything about it and the girl at the front desk had a serious attitude.

This is our second time coming to Tru by Hilton in Easton. We booked a double queen with Ada roll in shower. We were given at first just a double queen. The staff was pretty rude when we went back down to let them know it wasn’t the right room. The first time we were here we used the same booking and got the correct room. But this time we were told it’s because we book by a third party. It had snowed the day we came and there was no access in the back for a wheelchair to get on to the sidewalk. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. Very quiet and the beds are very comfy!

Great little hotel for our family trip. Very large clean sitting area with entertainment including TVs, a pool table, board games and an outdoor fire pit. The staff was warm and friendly. We’ve found our new favorite spot to stay when visiting family in Easton.
