A simple hotel with a good location
The Dondi Lodge is a small, inexpensive hotel located near the train station and waterfront in Port Elizabeth. It's also easy accessible from the airport (approx 10 minutes drive by car or taxi). Unfortunately we were disappointed with the hotel. As we had booked a luxury suite we were quite surprised ending up in a very small, ordinary hotel room. An extra look at Hotels.com mentions all rooms as suites which is truly misleading. The only plus for the friendly breakfast staff serving a tasty meal.
