"Exterior of property is in great need of a facelift. Common areas are dated, but clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. Our unit was great, clean and stocked.
At checkin I received an access key for secure areas, but not the code for the door to my unit. Very inconvenient oversight.
It was also not brought to my attention that the unit has access from two floors. We entered on bottom floor and about broke our necks getting heavy luggage up a spiral staircase to the bedrooms only to discover an access door from that level!!"
