“Very good hotel”
As a family of four we were very happy with everything (price, quality, distance to downtown, etc.). It would have been nice if the hotel had its own shuttle service to the airport; we found out after we got there that there was some service at specific times for 7 euros per person (which is more expensive than taking a taxi for a family of three or more). Maybe this info should be on the hotel's website. But overall, we were very satisfied.
“Excellent Hotel”
This hotel is conveniently located near Dusseldorf airport and offers a cozy clean room for a very sharp price. We stayed with our two kids and there was a queen bed and a bed-sofa that was pulled out and made as we arrived. The price included a very nice breakfast buffet with fresh juice, coffee, all sorts of cheeses and deli meats, fresh bread and 8 different kinds of jelly. The personnel was friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to stay a few nights in Dusseldorf and does not want to be too far from the airport.
“Quiet and Clean Lodging”
We stayed here for just one night, as we were returning to the US the next day. I couldn't determine if the hotel's location is convenient to Dusseldorf attractions, but it was a quick and inexpensive ride to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Breakfast was also very good! I would definitely stay here again: the room price plus the cab ride is way cheaper than staying closer to the airport.
“A unexpected jewel.”
When we first arrived at the hotel I was concerned because it looked like it was off the beaten track. But the train was a short walk away as was the tram so getting to transportation was very easy. The staff are super friendly and willing to help with anything we wanted. Breakfast was fresh and wonderful. Beyond our expectations. There are no shops or entertainment nearby but we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. If you need to be in the midst of the action this is not the hotel for you.
“Excellent hotel, location and service”
Good room, convenient location. Excellent for overnight stay before or after the flight. Closr to airport. The only complaint - parking. Always difficult to find a free parking place.

“GOOD VALUE HOTEL”
HOTEL WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION , VERY EASY REACH OF DUSSELDORF VIA A GOOD TRAM SERVICE . HOTEL WAS GREAT FOR A SHORT STAY IT WAS BASIC BUT VERY CLEAN . STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL . THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT .DOWNSIDE . THE ROOM WASNT SUITABLE FOR OUR PARTY AS MY CHILDREN ARE TEENAGERS OF DIFFERENT GENDER & WE ENDED UP SLEEPING DAD/BOY MUM /GIRL . WE DID REQUEST AN EXTRA ROLLABED BUT TO BE HONEST THERE WASNT ENOUGH ROOM . NEXT TIME WE WILL TAKE GREATER CARE IN LOOKING AT ROOM SET UP . BUT FOR THE PRICE IT WAS GREAT
“Good Location - close to airport and not to far from center.”
Good Service, very clean and quite. However, the rooms are VERY small.
“Pleasantly Surprised”
After reading the reviews for this hotel, I was nervous, but my husband and teenage son and I were all pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, with high quality fixtures and thick doors which provided a quiet night's sleep. Service was courteous, and the breakfast satisfactory. We were even able to make a sandwich to take away for later. It's location was just right for us because we enjoyed riding the strassenbahn train to the downtown, which only took 10 minutes, and cost us 1 euro 40 cents each. Returning after our dinner, we were able to get a quiet night's sleep with windows open, since the hotel is surrounded by office parks which shut down at 6pm. We were only 24 hours in Dusseldorff, and our mistake was renting a car. The way to go would have been to get a tax, and use the train to get in to town. Live and learn. I would definitely stay there again.
“Cheap but not bad choice in Dusseldorf”
Hotel is clean and nice but with small rooms. Small double bed. There was 1 double duvet too narrow though. There are only 4 free parking spaces outside the hotel. There is an unused land to park your car for free opposite the hotel but you have to enter from a different entry about 400 metres away from the hotel. After you have parked you can easily cross the street and there you are in front of the hotel's entrance. There is a Mac Donalds drive inn opposite the hotel. Breakfast was adequate and not bad at all. Most of the staff who work at the hotel dont speak English or are not willing to. However this hotel is a cheap but not bad choice in Dusseldorf.
