“Great Hotel”
Stayed here in July 2010. This hotel has two buildings - the original and a newer building. We were in the new building - not quite the main building but very nice none-the-less. The hotel is good on all fronts - fantastic location, clean, comfortable and the buffet breakfast very good - expecially so if you dine on the outside patio (its wonderful). You shouldn't be disappointed with this property.
“Great Hotel”
I really can't fault this hotel. It's location is fantastic, about two minutes from the main entrance to the old city. Staff were just excellent, the breakfast was very good, the room big and very clean. I'd stay here again.
“Dubrovnik Hilton Great Location”
We were very happy with our stay at the Hotel Imperial Dubrovnik. We had the option of staying inside the walled city but at the last minute changed to the Hilton. The Hilton is just 1 block from the walled city and 1/2 block to the major bus stop. Some days the walled city is SO busy with tourists is nice to be next to it but not stuck in the middle of it.
“A pleasure to visit”
A superb hotel central to old city. The facilities were first class and the staff went out of their way to make sure their guests were informed and comfortable. Definitely a hotel to return to.
“Amazing stay in every way!!!”
The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, my room was spacious, luxurious, and the view of the sea was amazing! I used just about every ammenity--spa services, pool, restaurant, bar, free breakfast and was impressed with them all. There are no improvements that could possibly have made the stay better!!
“Very nice, but no beach”
This is a well known hotel that has been very well modernized, including a nice in-door pool and a wellness center. It is very conveniently located and old town Dubrovnik is at its door steps. The only issue is that the hotel has no beach access and also no beach arrangements. So, one can enjoy Dubrovnik, but not much more.
“A hotel to be recommended”
This is a superb hotel just a few minutes from the Pile Gate. The rooms are large and comfortable and usually for a continental hotel there are tea and coffee making facilities. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The outside terrace is a wonderful place to sample the extensive breakfast buffet: a wonderful place to plan your day. It was very hot when we visited and so the very effective air conditioning was very welcomed. We had a brilliant time and would return tomorrow if we could.
“Ideal location”
Exceptional hotel! The air conditioning was top rate, silent and very effective, which was a great relief after some hot weather. The breakfast was as good as any we have experienced across Europe with very attentive service. We would definitely recommend this hotel and destination.
“Highly recommended”
This hotel was one of the best places Ive stayed in. The staff were so helpful & friendly, nothing was too much of an effort for them. The room was of a high standard and was peacefully quiet and the breakfast buffet was great. I would definitely stay there again. You couldnt ask for a better location being only a 2 minute walk from the Old Town and 15 minutes to beach.
“Classy, Comfy and Causy”
If you are looking to visit Dubrovnik's old town then don't go any further. The Hilton is right next to the main entrance and offers what you expect for a 4*(luxury)/5* hotel "western standard". The Spa offers various types massages at very decent prices too. Excellent staff and service overall. The hotel's size is quite small too which does not make you feel like an ant lost in there... The hotel is divided in two buildings. The executive rooms are in a the smallest one equivalent to a large house. The executive ones are definitely very well kept and service pays attention to every details. The only downside is the indoor swimming pool. On a sunny day, we wish to be outside... by the pool.
