"Easter 2024 Family had Uncles 90th Birthday so decided to Easter in Dubbo. Looked up accommodation and finally I booked Bultje. Bultje is a house for 8 guests with four bedrooms. Cost wise it is similar for four couples to stay in separate rooms at other locations, but staying at Bultje, gave us a fully equipment kitchen, large comfortable lounge room, outdoor BBQ area, onsite parking and even a small office area. "The house was beautiful, it was clean and well presented. The deck was amazing!! It was located not far from the main drag which was helpful. The only down fall is there wasnt any lighting down near the pool for those nice evening swims. I will definitely be back to stay in this wonderful home again."

"We found the stay very enjoyable. However because it rained we would have appreciated a clothes drier. The tv in the main bedroom came on but could not be programmed. The house was wonderful, tastefully furnished anddecorated. The kitchen well supplied in necessary utensils. And from a gardener can we suggest that the garden be tended to. It is beautiful but needs a trim. Overall it was wonderful, thank you."

"This place was perfect for our family reunion. It was very spacious for our group of 9. Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay including a pool to cool off in and a nice outdoor seating and BBQ area. There is also a lovely walk along the river that we enjoyed. "This property was close to amenities( within walking distance) to hotels, town centre, coffee/bakery and close to a lot of other Dubbo attractions. It was clean and the kitchen was well set up if you wanted to cook your own meals. It had room for children to play safely outside, and there were also books and games to keep children amused -if they accompany you. The big kids enjoyed the outdoor television/play station."

"Loved our stay here and enjoyed being close to everything. Was great to have our group together and the house was big enough that we were comfortable. A couple of minor issues with a broken dishwasher, broken vacuum and some light globes not working. Also note very full outdoor bins on arrival (difficult to manage with a residential based rental). Otherwise was fabulous and would stay again."
